Pros:

とにかくコスパが良い。設備は他の欧米系ホテルと比較すると少し見劣りするかもしれないが、快適に過ごすには十分以上。それにスタッフも対応・愛想が良く、子連れだったが快適に過ごせた。

Cons:

設備のメンテに手の届いてない所があるが、滞在には全く支障ない。

넓은 객실, 부실한 조식, 관리가 안되는 수영장
Pros:

객실이 넓고, 작업할 수 있는 테이블이 있고, 큰 소파가 있다.

Cons:

평이 좋았던 이탈리안 레스토랑이 문을 닫고 터키식당이 있었던 점이 실망스러웠다. 모든 식사를 밖에 나가야 했는데 주변은 공사장이라 택시로 시내까지 이동해야했다. 조식은 우즈베키스탄의 비슷한 금액대 호텔들에 비해 별로다. 어린 직원들은 정말 열심히 일을 했고 고마웠다. 하지만 재방문 의사는 없다. 수영장은 크고 좋았지만, 손님들의 체크아웃 시간 전(조식 식사후 손님들이 수영장에 많을때)에 외부인들의 수영 강습을 하고 있었다. 말도 안된다. 두개의 라인 중 하나를 그들이 차지해서 좁은 곳에서 손님들이 제대로 수영을 할 수가 없었다.

Pros:

Отличный отель! Остались только самые приятные впечатления. Номера чистые, современные и очень уютные, завтраки вкусные, а атмосфера располагает к комфортному отдыху.

Отдельная благодарность сотрудникам Хожиакбару, Диёру и Шохрухбеку за профессионализм, внимательное отношение и искреннее гостеприимство. Благодаря им пребывание в отеле стало еще более приятным. Всегда были готовы помочь и решить любой вопрос с улыбкой.

Обязательно вернусь сюда снова и с удовольствием порекомендую этот отель друзьям и знакомым!

Hotel for business use - ideal from that point of view
Pros:

Breakfast & other meals were fine - good restaurant>
Room very comfortable with good air-conditioning

Cons:

Wanted to make use of the spa facilities, but absolutely nobody around to supervise them.
Towels were available, but used ones were just strewn everywhere around the changing rooms

Очень чисто,номера светлые уютные ,есть все! И утюг и губки для обуви! Ванная комната огромная, все новое и чистое. Халаты кипельно белые, постельное белье вкусно пахнет, белоснежные. Завтрак это вообще! Однозначно стоит своих денег! Очень пожалели,что сразу не остановились там. Персонал умнички,встретили приветливо и даже написали открытку с моим именем) приятная мелочь! Однозначно 5+

Вернулся с Душанбе решил ещё раз остановиться в отеле Меркурий.встретили как родного.)пообедал вкусным лагманом после перелета . В номере меня ожидал сюрприз от менеджера Надира восточные сладости и открытка с пожеланиями приятного отдыха!(Было очень приятно.спасибо Надира.как всегда все было чисто в номере.постель удобная уснул после перелета днём.утром меня разбудили по моей просьбе чтоб не проспать полет.несмотря на 4 утра меня ждал горячий кофе и завтрак с собой!кофе было классно с утра.спастбо всему персоналу отеля за внимание и заботу к гостям!вернёмся обязательно!!!

Cons:

Бассейн немного отличался от прошлого посещения.но причина была в отключении света в нижнем этаже и работе фильтров как мне пояснили.но это не было прям очень критично.хамам сауна все супер
