Pros:

الغرف ممتازه ووسيعه وهادئه والنادي الصحي ممتاز
والموظف فاروق كان لطيف ومتعاون والمطعم ممتاز ولذيذ وهو مطعم تركي تقليدي

Cons:

طول اجرائات تسجيل الدخول خصوصاً انه كان وصولي مبكراً قبل وقت الدخول ب6 ساعات تقريباً فدفعنا مبلغ إضافي للدخول المبكر

Pros:

Welcome note and dry fruit plate from Guest Relations Manager Ms. Nadira.
Breakfast.

Cons:

-Hotel did not provided all rooms on same floor as requested almost two weeks ago at the time of booking.
- Air conditioning was not perfect. Infact we had to change the room in the middle of the night due to mal functioning of AC.
-There was a residual smell of maintenance/paint in the rooms which was alergic.
- Check in was delayed, rooms were not ready, however they gave one hour extended time for check out.
- Hotel is in inner bylane in unpleasant surroundings.
- Hotel charged almost 5% more rent then the total quoted (including VAT and Tourism Tax) amount by booking.com.

فندق جيد ومطعم مناسب واستقبال غير مرحب وغير متعاون

غرف الفندق ممتازه ووسيعه وهادئه والمطعم ممتاز وأكلهم لذيذ وموظفين المطعم لطيفين والنادي الصحي ممتاز
والموظف فاروق كان تعامله لطيف ومتعاون

صعوبة تسجيل الدخول للفندق بسبب تعامل موظفي الاستقبال
غير متعاونين وغير مرحبين
مثل الموظفه نوزي
والموظف أخو كبار
ومن الغريب دخول الموظفين إلى غرفتي وانا خارج الفندق لوضع اوراق مع وجود لوحة الرجاء عدم الازعاج
بإمكانهم ادخالها من تحت الباب او وضعها في مظروف عند الباب او عند الاستقبال وتسليمها لنا عند العوده فلم أضع الرجاء عدم الدخول وعدم التنظيف إلا لغرض في نفسي وحفاظ على خصوصيتي في الغرفه

Pros:

Номерной фонд, уборка, завтраки.

Cons:

Отсутствие бокалов под шампанское, вино, место для курения и т.д. Даже штопора нет. Сложилось впечатление что отель халяль только нас забыли предупредить.

Pros:

Great place to stay for business, convenient, super food , reatuarant and breakfast.

Pros:

とにかくコスパが良い。設備は他の欧米系ホテルと比較すると少し見劣りするかもしれないが、快適に過ごすには十分以上。それにスタッフも対応・愛想が良く、子連れだったが快適に過ごせた。

設備のメンテに手の届いてない所があるが、滞在には全く支障ない。

넓은 객실, 부실한 조식, 관리가 안되는 수영장

객실이 넓고, 작업할 수 있는 테이블이 있고, 큰 소파가 있다.

Cons:

평이 좋았던 이탈리안 레스토랑이 문을 닫고 터키식당이 있었던 점이 실망스러웠다. 모든 식사를 밖에 나가야 했는데 주변은 공사장이라 택시로 시내까지 이동해야했다. 조식은 우즈베키스탄의 비슷한 금액대 호텔들에 비해 별로다. 어린 직원들은 정말 열심히 일을 했고 고마웠다. 하지만 재방문 의사는 없다. 수영장은 크고 좋았지만, 손님들의 체크아웃 시간 전(조식 식사후 손님들이 수영장에 많을때)에 외부인들의 수영 강습을 하고 있었다. 말도 안된다. 두개의 라인 중 하나를 그들이 차지해서 좁은 곳에서 손님들이 제대로 수영을 할 수가 없었다.

Отличный отель! Остались только самые приятные впечатления. Номера чистые, современные и очень уютные, завтраки вкусные, а атмосфера располагает к комфортному отдыху.

Отдельная благодарность сотрудникам Хожиакбару, Диёру и Шохрухбеку за профессионализм, внимательное отношение и искреннее гостеприимство. Благодаря им пребывание в отеле стало еще более приятным. Всегда были готовы помочь и решить любой вопрос с улыбкой.

Обязательно вернусь сюда снова и с удовольствием порекомендую этот отель друзьям и знакомым!

Hotel for business use - ideal from that point of view
Pros:

Breakfast & other meals were fine - good restaurant>
Room very comfortable with good air-conditioning

Cons:

Wanted to make use of the spa facilities, but absolutely nobody around to supervise them.
Towels were available, but used ones were just strewn everywhere around the changing rooms
