Great
Nothing
Location was great.
Parking was expensive.
We had a lovely stay. Staff at front desk (Marie) were amazing. Concierge was very helpful. Young woman at pool was very attentive. Our room was spacious. We really loved the chocolate covered strawberries with the Happy Anniversary note. That was very special. The bathroom was wonderful with big tub and shower. Occitane products so very nice! Love having a magnifying mirror and thick robes.
We were a little nonplussed when we first checked in to find an open packet of antibiotic cream left on the room table and our ice bucket full of half melted ice. The window is small but I get that this was once a World Trade Center office building. There was one server at the pool who was quite rude to me when I had pushed my lounge chair too far into the sun and impeded her being able to pass. I wanted to have a drink at the chandelier bar but the freezing AC temp was a deterrent. We sat down in some arm chairs one evening and waited for 15 minutes while staff walked by and didn’t acknowledge our presence or take our order. So we left.
Luxury room
Staff not qualified for a 5 stars hotel
The room was very clean and spacious. The entire staff was attentive and accommodating to all of our requests. They even offered personal eating suggestions when strolling around town, This is definitely my hotel of choice when visiting next time.
Perfect location. Wonderful service. Special shoutout to the concierge: Mallory, Travis, and Randy
Location and quality of the hotel
Air con was too cold for an English man like me 😂

Limpeza. Poeira por todos os lados.
An absolute 10/10 stay at the Four Seasons New Orleans! They treated us like royalty from start to finish. We were celebrating my wife's 35th birthday, and they went all out—upgrading our room, surprising her with a cake, and helping me arrange chocolate-covered strawberries in the room.
They were also so incredibly nice to our son, Camden. He loved the pool, and the staff even set up a little play tent in our room and brought him a vegetable snack after we checked in.
Did I mention the pool? We spent the entire day there just watching the ships and loved having the attendants and being able to order food and drinks poolside !!
The amenities are top-notch. The spa was fantastic (highly recommend the massages and facials), and the food / drinks at both restaurants and the downstairs bar was amazing. Plus, the location is unbeatable. It’s super convenient to the French Quarter—we just walked outside, hopped in a pedicab by Caesars, and were right in the action.
We loved every second of our stay and will definitely be back!
The hotel is beautiful and about a 10 minute walk to the French Quarter. It's right on the river and you get a great view. What they didn't mention is it is immediately adjacent to the train tracks and a freight train runs through multiple times a day, most notably at 12:40am blaring its horn at all 5 nights we stayed there.
I booked a 1 bedroom suite and it was lovely with a great view, but I think perhaps the location of my particular room (though I doubt it's much better for even the other rooms) was closest to the train. Also seemed like some of the windows were not double paned, which contributed to the jolting noise every night. Bed was not very comfortable and staff is very kind - they tend to be forgetful but very gracious and welcoming.
This is one of the nicest hotels in Nola it seems and they charge premium prices - for the time of my stay, it appeared it was the most expensive. I would say the value would be there EXCEPT the noise was unbearable and for that reason I wouldn't stay here again in the future. The highly touted pool was just okay, not great. Food was also okay in comparison to all the great food in Nola.
This hotel is wonderful and has spoiled me for all others! Five couples went for my dear friend's 60th birthday!
Man, when I tell you five-star, I mean five-star. This hotel, top of the top, customer service 🔥, the people 🔥,everything 🔥 and make sure you tap into Leslie. He is one of the dopest, coolest concierge services you can ask for. Bartender, A, B, C, D, wherever you need, that's my man. Y'all will enjoy your trip here.
Great hotel. Leslie was amazing staff member and had exceptional hospitality
I just returned home from an extended birthday weekend at this hotel. It was an absolute show-stopper and the service was excellent. I'd like to give special recognition to Danny, the concierge; Josh at the Chandelier Bar; Cassidy the pool attendant; and Marie at the front desk. Everyone was so warm and inviting, from the doormen to the housekeepers to the room service staff. The location was phenomenal, with many attractions in walking distance or a short ride away. When in New Orleans, I will definitely stay at this property again.
