Al hacer la habitación no reponían los faltantes de cápsulas de café ni te. Las toallas las dejaban incompletas y al llegar no había ni una botella de agua de cortesía .

I wish I knew in advance that this hotel is used for large group stays. For us it meant that every morning we were struggling to find food at breakfast. The queues to the coffee machine took ages! It was a problem to find a table. Really bad experience relating breakfast. Also the shower gel bottle in the room was never replenished. Otherwise the hotel offers a very comfortable accommodation.

Confusing check in process.
Pros:

The check in experience for our hotel was not good. There was no where for us to drive up near the front door to drop off our luggage and check in. Instead we had to park in the garage and we were confused where we can leave the car.

Très bel hôtel dans le centre de tour,
Cependant, je ne vous conseille pas de prendre une chambre « view ». Le gain n’est pas exceptionnel pour le prix que vous rajoutez.

Hotel ist schön und zentral gelegen. Frühstücksbuffet auch lecker. Leider roch unser Zimmer abends immer nach Essen; der Geruch wurde vermutlich über die Klimaanlage verteilt.

Idéale situé et propre.
Pros:

Idéalement situé au pied du tramway et du parking Indigo à 12€ par jour. Très bien dans l’ensemble. Salle de bain spacieuse, moderne et propre tout comme la chambre. Mini frigo qui refroidi à peine. Par contre il faut savoir qu’un bar en bord de Loire diffuse une musique, au moins le Samedi soir, à voir les autres jours, au moins jusqu’à 1h00 du matin et elle s’entend de la chambre 😕. Nous avions une vue sur la Loire. Boum boum boum … très dérangeant.
Nous n’avons pas testé le petit déjeuner. Mais les parties communes sont agréables et bien entretenues. Personnels accueillant.
