Muy buena.
Pros:

Una muy buena ubicación, excelente atención de recepción, el servicio es muy bueno.

Cons:

Mejor aislamiento en habitaciones ya que se escucha el ruido del exterior y mejorar el sistema de aire acondicionado en cuestiones de disminuir el ruido

Muy buena atención por parte del personal, habitación muy limpia y cómoda.

Cons:

No me gusto tener que enlazar mi dispositivo móvil a la tv para reproducir cualquier cosa, se desvinculaba muy seguido, me he hospedado en Hotel One Monterrey y no era así, también los desayunos en Monterrey eran más ricos y variados, en este sirvieron lo mismo los dos días que me hospede

Le falto sabor/sansón al desayuno.. He ido a otros Hoteles One en Estados del sur de la república por ejemplo a Leon Gto y si esta mejor el sansón

acceptable place for short stay
Pros:

price is reasonable and location is adequate for northern city area

Cons:

bed is ok, room lets easily pass through noise from corridor and adjacent rooms. Breakast a bit poor.
