לא מומלץ, יחס מזלזל בחסות של נחמדות

אנחנו קבוצה של 5 חיילים, רצינו לשריין שתי דירות קטנות לסופש על החוף קצת להתנתק, הזמנו מעכשיו לעכשיו (בחמישי בבוקר לשישי ערב) ואחרי שעתיים אחד החברים התבשר שהוא סוגר בבסיס, מיד יצרנו קשר עם המקום לבקש מהם להעביר אותנו לדירה של 4 שראינו שפנויה באתר והתחלנו לשמוע סיפורים והמצאות שאי אפשר להעביר אותנו כי הזמנו דרך booking, כשהסברנו להם שbooking מאפשרים ביטול בחינם ונזמין מחדש התחילו לדבר על דברים לא קשורים ולהגיד שאין להם מה לעשות עם ההזמנה.
יום למחרת הגענו למקום לדבר עם המנהל ושמענו את אותם סיפורים למרות שהדירה ל4 הייתה פנויה לגמרי באתר הוא אמר שיכול אם אנחנו מתעקשים להעביר אותנו מ2 הדירות הקטנות לדירת סוויטה ל4 אנשים אבל שנדע שהיא יקרה יותר (כבר אחרי שהסברנו לו שהבעיה היא המחיר היקר ולא הדירות הנפרדות) ואמר שאין דירה ל4 אחרת פנויה, אחרי שהראנו שבאתר שלהם אפילו מצוינת הדירה הזולה ל4 טען שהוא לא יכול להחליף לדירה הזאת רק לאחת היקרה יותר כי הזמנו דרך booking.
לסיכום לא ממליצים בכלל שירות ממש לא לעניין למרות שניסינו להיות הכי ישירים ולהסביר את המצב כמו שהוא ולהודיע שעתיים בלבד אחרי ההזמנה שלנו על ההקפצה של החבר אפס התחשבות וזלזול באינטילגנציה עם טענות ש booking לא מאפשרים ואין מה לעשות בנידון, חבל ממש בשביל לסחוט 300 שקל מחיילי חובה להתנהל ככה.

Les équipements étaient très bien. Nous avions une vue magnifique sur la mer, les serviettes pouvaient être changées tous les jours si on le voulait, un parking avec des est disponible sur place très pratique, l’ascenseur tout y était l’appartement était propre le personnel très gentil, et toujours disponible quasiment 24 heures sur 24. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous reviendrons certainement.
