My favorite thing about the hotel was its location; great area with lots of good shops and restaurants around and easy to get to the touristy areas from there.

Die Lage war sehr gut, sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption. Zuverlässige und gute Reinigung der Zimmer
Die Ablagefläche im Bad und für die Sachen war etwas beschränkt. Durch das Fenster zum Hinterhif, kam wenig Tageslicht ins Zimmer. Das finde ich aber nicht so wichtig.
lo que mas me gusto fue la ubicacion
prcticamente no hay donde poner las maletas comodamente, el elevador a parte de que es muy lento, se mueven ahi las personas de limpieza con su carrito y no cabe uno asi que es un problema el elevador, y el ultimo dia no les dio tiempo de hacer mi recamara hasta las 5 pm que ya estaba yo ahi y solo les pedi sacaran la basura y cambiaran toallas

The highlight of my stay was the hotel's excellent location. It is strategically located, with easy access to transportation, attractions, and other points of interest, making it very convenient for visitors.
I was disappointed with my overall experience at this hotel. The service during both check-in and check-out lacked professionalism and hospitality.
The reception area, lobby, and coffee station did not appear to be well maintained and were not as clean as expected.
The hotel does not offer breakfast on-site. Instead, guests must order a breakfast box one day in advance. Unfortunately, the breakfast box was expensive and of poor quality.
I requested a taxi through the hotel on three occasions. Despite being charged an additional fee, the taxis were delayed each time, and I nearly missed important appointments. When I raised this concern with the reception staff, I was told that the hotel had no responsibility for taxi delays. While I understand that taxi services are provided by third parties, I expected a more helpful and customer-focused response.
Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.
Der ganze Aufenthalt war wirklich toll
It was a very nice stay. And in the end we forgot our IDs at the safe and the staff helped us sending it to the airport after we checked out. Thank you so much

The sink was not in the bathroom but in sleeping part of the room.
The hotel was in a prefect location, Over all it was a very comfortable stay with lovely staff! The staff went out their way to give me a special birthday providing balloons and a card.
The room I received was not what I expected or what was shown on the site. It was very small on the first floor not much light coming from the window as it was facing another room. Was very disappointed with this
