Eine tolle Lage in nächster Nähe zur Haupteinkaufsstrasse
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super und auch die MitarbeiterInnen sind alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich gewesen. Das Zimmer war mit all der Kunst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Rezeption befindet sich in einem engeren Gang im ersten Stockwerk und wirkt leider nicht sehr einladend. Das können auch die freundlichen MitarbeiterInnen nicht wettmachen. Die Einrichtung unseres Zimmers war etwas merkwürdig. Der Waschtisch befand sich direkt neben dem Bett und nicht im Badezimmer. Und in unserem Erker, der auch als Balkon diente, hätten wir uns einen kleinen Tisch und zwei Sessel gewünscht.

Cama confortável, limpeza, localização excelente, recepcionistas atenciosos e dispostos.

Cons:

Nossa televisão não funcionava. Mas não afetou nossa experiência no hotel.

Como sugestão: incluiria opções de talheres no café da manhã - podem ser descartáveis de madeira - pensando em facilitar algumas situações.

Pros:

Great hotel at a very convenient location. The place was spotless, nicely decorated, had a super comfy bed and the most awesome shower. Highly recommend!

Unbeatable location and beautiful property.
Pros:

Beautiful property close to everything — near supermarket, Casa Battlo, shopping district and all the nice restaurants. Unbeatable location. The beds are so comfortable too! The staff are helpful. And I like the coffee area with a nice working area.

Cons:

At first, the flush in the toilet did not work but the staff resolved it promptly.

There was a very noisy couple just to the next room. The doors closing are a bit rough and makes too many noise as well
