Tap dripping, room dirty, bed dirty. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here at all.

I need refund of my payment which is done
Pros:

No, i dint like anything.

Cons:

I dint not stay there as the rooms were very small and no proper hygiene, i have to wait for 15 mins at reception as no one was available. When i asked for cancelation, the person said you can cancel, he didn't try to convince as well.

Cons:

I woke up at 3:00 am in the morning with next door occupants playing loud music with open doors , They were atleast half a dozen teenagers who were smoking and singing loudly . Had a hard time.
The cook is a moody person and rude at times. The breakfast is so so and the breakfast place is shabby and dirty

Photo shared on booking is very old.
Room format. Room service.
In the name of breakfast very bad and no option.
Path way was flooded with one rain only.
Kettle was working in the room.
We could not order anything as online platform cancelled our order due to inconvenience reaching the destination.
