Tyler gave me great service, made me laugh!

Had a lovely experience here. Came with my friends and the food was belting and the lady that served us, tyler, was super!

I went for food with my friends and was served by Tyler. She went above and beyond by getting my friend a plaster, and her service was spot on, she is a credit to the team.

For so many years it has been me and my husbands dream to stay at this hotel, but it had always been too expensive for us, I eventually saved up, bit the bullet and I booked the hotel for my husbands birthday in March only for the hotel to close a few days before our stay, we were devastated!

Jump forward a few months, and I was contacted by the hotels manager Dan, he explained that the hotel was reopening and he wanted to offer us a stay on a date of our choice. I was so made up, I cried.

We finally got to stay last week and we were made to feel really special, all the staff were so friendly, I would especially like to give Dan and Emily a shout out, as they were awesome.

The whole hotel has this very relaxed vibe, and it has so many cool extras, like a free pick and mix station in the hall, a rooftop bar, we also particularly liked how the rooms were named after beers, I also have to mention that the shower was the best one we had ever used, it was like being in a spa.

We also had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, we were really impressed with both.

We will be staying at this hotel again, yes it is on the pricier side, but it's well worth it for the experience!

A brilliant one night stay! Check in was very efficient and friendly - and included a welcome drink!

The rooms are great. Very modern and spacious with some cool extra features - a record player, guitar, massive TV and well stocked (and fairly priced) mini bar. The bathroom was good too, excellent shower and even a 'shower beer' mini fridge! We slept really well because the rooms are absolutely silent.

We had dinner, drinks & breakfast here too. The birria burger was delicious and so was the chicken and waffles. Obviously, the beer selection is very good.

Service was very friendly too, and staff took the time to check with us that everything was OK.

We will definitely be back again & would recommend a stay here if you're in Manchester. It's well located for shopping, Canal Street, etc too.

On Saturday we walked in for food and drinks, its was really busy but the staff fit us in!
Maddie and Jiya were really attentive and welcoming, drinks were great and the deal just as fab :)
Hopefully this is a nice bit of recognition for them because out of all the Brewdogs we have been to all of the staff especially them as well as Ben I think it was, were so kind despite being so busy which is rare these days

I came in with friends on Friday and Jiya was so helpful and smiley ! It was very busy but nothing was too much trouble for her which was great. We had dietary restrictions which were catered to perfectly. Definitely recommend coming in!

Stopped off whilst travelling on business. Tyler was amazing, very attentive, friendly and nothing was too much effort. A credit to the business and the industry. Thank you Tyler, 5 star service.

As huge brewdog fans we recently stayed at The Doghouse Manchester with friends to celebrate a birthday (The only time the men were happy to be in "the doghouse" haha).

The staff were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, Brewdog Dan and Brewdog Ben - as they will forever be known to us were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay happen, we received excellent customer service from their whole team.

The hotel itself was fabulous, located right in the centre of Manchester and a ten minute walk from the train station. It offers the experience of staying in a urban, trendy, stylish room with a collection of vinyls to play and a guitar. Flat screen Tv, ironing board, iron, hairdryer and many more items available to use during your stay.

The room was clean with mood lighting and offers a chargeable mini bar with a variety of products. We opted for the shower beers which were included in our package. A brilliant gimmick with a variety of 10 brewdogs to enjoy.

Not the cheapest but you are paying for the unique experience and fun that this hotel offers. I will be staying again in the near future.

We love a Brewdog and LOVE the hotel. This visit was even better bc our server was kind and attentive toward our dog, Briscoe. Anytime someone makes him feel special, we feel overjoyed! Thank you, Katie at the Doghouse, for welcoming our old boy like family.

The room was amazing, loads of great little touches from fully stocked fridges (including in the shower!) To a guitar in the room and a sweets station in the hall i think every base was covered.
There was even a record player in the room as well as a jigsaw puzzle and books. Excellent attention to detail.

Everything honestly. The finer details really make this hotel special. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent as always.
