Citadines Eurometropole Strasbourg

La habitación era amplia, la cama muy cómoda y estaba muy limpia. La habitación también tenía una cocina bien equipada (con nevera, microondas, fogones y utensilios para cocinar) y un salón con una mesa de comedor. El hotel tiene parking interior gratuito; así que es ideal si vas en coche. El personal fue muy amable durante nuestra estancia.
Sin duda repetiremos.

Nice hotel but we were disappointed that that the pool costs extra 15 euros per person and no kids allowed after 5 pm, as we specifically looked for a hotel with pool access for kids.

The apartment was spacious enough for 4 adults but the sofa bed was not comfortable (mattress warped). The handheld shower does not have a hook at the higher position, which makes it difficult for shorter people to use and does not want to use the overhead shower. The location was okay, near a supermarket and food outlets.

La chambre appartement était géniale. Nous avions la 204, coin avec belle fenestration et un petit balcon. La piscine était incroyable!

There is a lot of space in my room and the staff were very helpful when we had issues.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Strasbourg with public transport links closeby. There are bus stops just across the road and you can get into the City centre within 30 mins. Alternatively it is easy to get a taxi which cost us about €12.

There is also a McDonald's, Intermarche and a sushi restaurant within a 5 minute walk. The supermarket also has a petrol station.

The hotel has plenty of free parking in a two level underground car park with a lift.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room which was a studio room, had a small kitchen with microwave, hob and fridge with freezer compartment. There was also a selection of cutlery and cooking utensils.

The bed was clean and comfortable with power sockets to the side of the headboard.

The bathroom was clean, well maintained and had a good shower.

We had a minor issue when we checked in as the TV had a faulty screen. We chose another room which was fine.

We paid for breakfast which is served from 06:30 to 10:00 and consisted of a continental buffet but also had a selection of cooked breakfast as well.

The only negative was the cost of the swimming and spa. The swimming pool was €15 each for 2 hours.

Overall I would definitely recommend it if visiting Strasbourg.

Mehr Schein als Sein. Das Hotel sieht auf den Bildern toll aus, lockt auch mit dem schönen Pool. Der Pool ist aber im Preis nicht inbegriffen und der Zugang für Kinder nur bis 17 Uhr möglich obwohl er generell bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist. Das Frühstück war unterirdisch - wir hatten noch nie so schlechtes Früstück in einem Hotel. Wer auf matschig kaltes Rührei, Bratwürste und Bohnen steht mag das evtl. anders sehen. Ein gesundes Frühstück sieht anders aus! Die Obstschale war halb leer und außer ein paar Pfirsichen und vergammelten Bananen nichts zu finden. Zusammenhefasst schönes Design des Hotels, alles Andere eine Frechheit! Nie wieder Citadines.

Resepsiyonda akşam shift de görevli bayan ingilizce bilmiyor.. sofa bed yatak kurulumu için aradım . Kendisi Sofa Bed nedir bilmiyor.. bana fransızcasını sordu.. havuzun saat 17.00 den sonra çocuklara kapalı olması kötü..

Pleasantly surprised. Large room with a kitchenette, clean bathroom and a smart TV with Wi-Fi that also worked well. Excellent breakfast with more than enough choice. Free parking in the underground garage was also a plus. Large supermarket across the street
