Was unable to stay and full refund not given.

Cons:

Nothing. My booking was confirmed. My money taken in reservation. But I was refused a room as I was a foreign tourist. I do not think this property is a true Treebo hotel.
I asked for full refund, they have agreed to 50% refund but to date no money received
