The outdoor pool area is very cute, Barbie style, like the pictures, but just a little smaller than I thought.
I didn’t expect a wall between the property and the beach. So the location wasn’t as “close to the beach“ as I expected.
I didn’t even stay there because I took one look at the room and it was dark and depressing and dismal. It was supposed to be a king pool view, but you would have to stand in front of the small window to see a view of the pool.
My room was on the second floor of a walk up cement staircase, which I didn’t expect and couldn’t manage myself.
It also smelled bad, which was what made me turn around and go right back to the desk. There were no other rooms available, so he said I could cancel and was very nice about it. But now I’m fighting to get my money back as Booking.com could not get the money back from him.
I had nowhere else to stay, so I felt pretty strongly to have to walk away.
The location was amazing. The pool was perfect.
The room was not very clean and our room was next to the restaurant and we couldn’t get to sleep as things were being dropped and the music was so loud.

Nice hotel, clean, with nice furniture, huge tv, and walk in shower in the bathroom. Location is great, right next to the beach.
I could hear a lot of noise coming from the room next to me, people were chatting at 5am and I couldn’t sleep. I was in a connecting room so I don’t know if that’s the reason, but having soundproof walls would have made a perfect stay.
Whats NOT to love??? This is the place to book if you ate looking quaint and convenient. Its close to restaurants live music and the gorgeous gulf!! And Randy is amazing at exceeding any expectations

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im The Saint Hotel in St. Pete. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß, sodass wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass man sich kostenlos Fahrräder leihen konnte, man musste nur kurz an der Rezeption Bescheid geben. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, und auch der Poolbereich mit Poolbar sowie das Restaurant waren wirklich angenehm – alles in allem eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel fanden wir ebenfalls super. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Location was great, everything was walkable. The facility was cute and onsite pool and hot tub were great. Rooms are boutiquey and cute. Bed was comfortable. Onsite restaurant amazing.
Room had an odor. Bathroom had mildew along floor boards and shower door wasn't super functional. Arrived to hot & stuffy room. No onsite maid service. Office closed at 4pm daily.

Room, was less than expected. It was small, the HVAC unit was loud, the bathroom door would not close. I expected more for $350/night. Said not to use the robes at the pool
Everything! The hot tub was great! The pool area was decorated with a fun vibe!! Gas fire place games bikes wagons to take to the beach!! Close to the beach. Had breakfast around the corner at the copper kettle. Omg delicious. Randy the owner of the Saint was very helpful getting us to downtown St. Petersburg and even put a happy birthday balloon and a bucket of beers in the room for my husbands birthday. And I didn’t even ask him for it. They can’t do enough for you. The food at the restaurant there was great too. We really thought it was a hidden gem!!
The hotel has a fun ambiance and a great location. We appreciated the beach carts with iced water, chairs, and an umbrella — that was a very nice touch and convenient for the beach.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurant was good.
The room was not clean. The floors and multiple surfaces were dirty and sticky, and it did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. We felt uncomfortable because of the overall lack of cleanliness.
Basic supplies were missing and not refilled — no shower gel, no tissues, no coffee or creamer, no sponge or paper towels. There was also no top sheet on the bed.
The room had a strong, unpleasant chemical air freshener smell that we had to unplug. Overall, the condition and cleanliness were unacceptable.
Absolutely adorable, great pool, outdoor bar, restaurant 82 degrees great staff. Randy is a great manager……owner? The weather was beautiful a little chilly for me, Florida weather you can’t change it. It has a mind of its own, lol.
Access to 2nd floor, there is an elevator, but it’s more for handicap access. We just use the stairs, except when it was luggage time, lol.
