Everyone was so lovely, and so understanding. The place is clean and amazing view.
Pros:

Everything! Clean, comfy, right next to everything! Beauty view

Cons:

No balcony, and always hot. Even when we dont turn on the heater or have the fan on we wake up sweating! The temperature was 0 outside and we are sweating inside.

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel recently and really enjoyed the convenience of its location inside a shopping complex, especially being so close to Woolworths. It had all the amenities we needed, and the room was comfortable and well set up. I also appreciated the vegan toiletries, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a very pleasant and easy stay.

Family friendly, clean and comfortable and such lovely staff
Pros:

This is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in in NZ. Their attention to detail exceeded anywhere we’ve stayed before. The efforts they went to to ensure the kids enjoyed themselves (and therefore the parents!) was exceptional. They had movie nights, kids eat free, a baby bath and bath wash and cots. It was such a handy location as well. We loved it!

Nothing at all. We loved it.
