We enjoyed staying here, but its much better to have microwave so we can heat our lunch for dinner or leftovers.

I would stay there again with my kids if get the chance to visit Queenstown again
Pros:

Room was great for kids, nice view of the mountain and it was great to come back daily after a day of adventure to beds made, new towels and room cleaned. This is so appreciated. Great location and parking outside was great. In room dining was great for breakfast and dinner but lacking variety with lunch. I also like that they have a movie night for kids although there was no free popcorn as it says. We also love it that it has sky sport and the free to air channels to watch all the live soccer games at the World Cup

Cons:

Last night there after a 3 days stay I saw a deal at restaurant where 1 kid eat for free but with an adult meal. We waited an hour and a half for our order when the staff member said 30 mins wait. Staff at front desk when we arrive could do with a little smile, I’m not sure if they are tired but just took our bags to storage and didn’t give me any welcoming happy vibes, other than that, it’s a great hotel to stay and enjoy beautiful Queenstown with all its adventures and beautiful mountains in winter

Pros:

The location, the bed (sooooo comfy), the amenities. Close to restaurants, woolies, cafes, clothes, cheap shop.

Nothing. Loved everything.
