Fantastic hotel!

Family friendly, clean and comfortable and such lovely staff
Pros:

This is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in in NZ. Their attention to detail exceeded anywhere we’ve stayed before. The efforts they went to to ensure the kids enjoyed themselves (and therefore the parents!) was exceptional. They had movie nights, kids eat free, a baby bath and bath wash and cots. It was such a handy location as well. We loved it!

Pros:

Situated in the Five Mile Shopping Centre. A little out of the way from city centre however there are plenty of small eateries to dine at. Close to Woolworths. You can park in any of the car parks for free. Beds were super comfy.

Cons:

Would like a little more lighting in the shower area.
