Pros:

The hotel staff was consistently very friendly and courteous, which we truly appreciated.

Cons:

However, several serious issues significantly affected our stay:
• Splintering wood in the room, dangerous for our crawling toddler
• Sharp screws sticking out of the floor in the Kids Club – serious safety hazard
• Wall panels came loose, only fixed after a few hours later
• Food was often cold, repetitive, and lacked flavor
• Despite reporting the issues multiple times, nothing was documented


From a 5-star hotel and a platform like Booking, we expected much more – especially in terms of child safety and service quality.

Amazing family stay
Pros:

Perfect hotel, modern and cozy design, very clean, staff is super friendly and attentive. Great shows every night, food is great, rooms are super clean, beds are comfortable.

Cons:

Rooms are not very spacious- you bump into each other all the time. Only one pool table and also only one ping pong table, sometimes it’s not enough for everyone who wants to play. But these are very minor comments, the rest is great.
Also- we were surprised that you can’t get to smoke hookah(shisha) anywhere in the hotel, very strange for Turkey

Toller Urlaub, für jeden zu empfehlen. Seit 12 jahren eines der Besten Hotels in dem wir waren, wenn nicht das Beste!
Pros:

Die gesamte Anlage ist fantastisch, sehr schön gemacht.
Alles sauber und ein unglaublich freundliches Personal.
Das Essen hat hervoragend geschmeckt und die Auswahl war sehr gut. Frühstück top👌

Cons:

Die Badetücher sollten nur gegen abgabe der Karten erfolgen, das wurden nicht kontrolliert. Teilweise waren Sonnenliegen sehr lange mit Tüchern besetzt obwohl niemand da war. Die Spielhalle für Jugentliche könnte länger offen bleiben.

Zeker een aanrader als je Fethiye wilt bezoeken, wel aan half uur rijden naar Oludeniz
Pros:

Voor Fethiye begrippen een zeer goed hotel. Natuurlijk zijn de ultra all inclusives in Antalya en omgeving wel een stuk beter, maar als ik nog een keer naar Fethiye zou komen dan zou dit hotel zeker mijn keus zijn. Hotel heeft ook een eigen zandstrand wat fijner is dan een strand met kiezelsteentjes.
Personeel was erg behulpzaam. We kwamen om 9 uur in de ochtend aan en een half uur later mochten we al de kamer in, waarbij we ook nog een gratis kamerupgrade hebben gehad.

Cons:

Alleen de zon is gratis dat hebben onze “Hollandse” voorvaderen zeker goed gezegd, want de kamer die we kregen had een ventilatieschacht wat een hoop geluid maakte. Na dit kenbaar gemaakt te hebben aan de balie, hebben ze eerst geprobeerd het euvel te fixen, echter zonder succes. Daarna hebben we de keus gehad uit twee andere kamers, dus dat is dan wel weer netjes opgelost.

Erholung. Ankommen. Entspannen. Rundum sorglos
Pros:

Es war so schön sauber, einfach alles. Das Personal war super zuvorkommend. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr durchdacht aufgebaut und man hatte einfach alles was man wollte. Das Essen war extrem lecker - riesige Auswahl. Pools, Rutschen und das Meer - fantastisch. Für mich und meine Familie bisher das beste Hotel!

Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon darauf!

Очень хорошее месторасположение , прекрасная береговая зона для отдыха. Великолепная кухня и красивые номера .

Cons:

Нас разместили напротив работающих компрессоров другого отеля . Окно невозможно было открыть и спать с таким шумом было крайне сложно .Очень внимательно выбирайте номера .

It was a pleasant experience but I’m not sure I’d go back.
Pros:
