Personnel sympa, bon repas, service de réservation décevant
Pros:

Personnel très gentil, serviable, accueillant, la dame qui nettoyait les chambres (Nihal), très sympatique. Repas de bonne qualité et bien cuisiné. Bonne animation (Senem), même si on aurait préféré de l'animation plus locale que destinée surtout aux touristes anglophones. Proche de l'aéroport.

Cons:

Hôtel récent, mais infrastructure vieillissant, mal construit. Carrelage au sol très glissant au bord de la piscine. Salle de bain petite et pas pratique. Photographes, coiffeurs et vendeurs de massage très envahissants et lourds avec des techniques de vente dépassées et font fuire cet hôtel.
Nous sommes très déçu de la réactivité de l'hôtel et de son service réservation qui nous a pas du tout aidé lorsque notre 1ère réservation avait été annulée pour des raisons techniques. Nous avons dû refaire une autre réservation plus chère!! Booking ne nous a pas aidé non plus, et ont demandé à l'hôtel de faire un geste commercial, chose que l'hôtel a refusé!! Nous les avons contacté plusieurs fois! On aura au moins espéré un upgrade et l'hôtel n'était pas vraiment plein. Beaucoup de perte de temps et de stress avant le voyage. Aucune compréhension de la part de cet hôtel! Principalement pour cette raison, nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hôtel.

I would highly recommend.
Pros:

Size and scope, options for entertainment and play, and a kids club so my wife and I could have wild bedroom time.

Hopelijk loopt het volgende keer soepeltjes
Pros:

Tweede keer dat we hier komen (vorig kamer 6222 blok Simena). Wat opvalt is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en zeer professioneel personeel. Iedereen doet zijn best om fijne verblijf te laten beleven. Echt een ressort waar je alles hebt zowel activiteiten als de rust . Dus voor ieder wat wils. Dit jaar zijn er aanpassing waaronder in Adults Only restaurant wat zeker zeer fijn door ons is ervaren. Daarnaast is de patisserie iets veranderd maar nog steeds fijn plek. Meer bij zee doorbracht dan zwembad (zie redenen hieronder)

Cons:

Bij inchecken bleek niet de kamer ( met zeezicht en twee aparte slaapplekken) te zijn waar ik voor gevraagd had en bevestigd was. Ik ben slecht ter been (we gingen met medewerker door heel wat plekken) en het is groot ressort uiteindelijk kregen we een kamer met een trap toegang tot zwembad. Dit zou om upgrade gaan echter achteraf bleek verschil niet enorm te zijn ( 30 euro). Zeker toen ik besefte dat zwembad in die blok niet verwarmd was dus was er totaal niet blij mee omdat geen meerwaarde had. Wel een koud zwembad geen zeezicht. Eenmaal op de kamer bleek de balkondeur niet te werken en veel later bleek in de kamer mieren te zitten. Heb dit besproken met Gamze van klanten service. Kamer veranderen had geen nut omdat we volgende ochtend al eruit zouden gaan. Ze zou ons feedback gebruiken zodat mensen die een vakantie boeken met die kamer in het voor of najaar wel geïnformeerd zijn over de mooie zwembad met poolbar erin die niet verwarmd is. Alleen de Main Pool en Adult Only zwembad zijn met verwarming al die andere zwembaden niet. Hopelijk krijgen volgende keer wel een mooie kamer (met juiste informatie) en vind jammer dan ze geen compensatie hebben gegeven omdat wel dedupeerd waren met de kamer (bij inchecken kosten veel tijd wat verloren ging en wat achteraf dd situatie was) Foto van uitzicht kamer (2211 blok Lymra) met balkon eigen toegang tot zwembad met trap. Helaas niet verwarmd ( te koud om in te gaan)

Amazing family stay
Pros:

Perfect hotel, modern and cozy design, very clean, staff is super friendly and attentive. Great shows every night, food is great, rooms are super clean, beds are comfortable.

Cons:

Rooms are not very spacious- you bump into each other all the time. Only one pool table and also only one ping pong table, sometimes it’s not enough for everyone who wants to play. But these are very minor comments, the rest is great.
Also- we were surprised that you can’t get to smoke hookah(shisha) anywhere in the hotel, very strange for Turkey

The hotel staff was consistently very friendly and courteous, which we truly appreciated.

Cons:

However, several serious issues significantly affected our stay:
• Splintering wood in the room, dangerous for our crawling toddler
• Sharp screws sticking out of the floor in the Kids Club – serious safety hazard
• Wall panels came loose, only fixed after a few hours later
• Food was often cold, repetitive, and lacked flavor
• Despite reporting the issues multiple times, nothing was documented


From a 5-star hotel and a platform like Booking, we expected much more – especially in terms of child safety and service quality.
