Pros:

Les piscines, buffet le matin, la chambre magnifique, le confort, la gentillesse de tout le personnel, l'environnement est très sympa avec des espaces différents et vraiment sympa avec restaurant et piscine sans enfants et plage
on a passé un excellent séjour

il n'y a pas de management, je suis consultante en management et je vois bien que le personnel est livré à lui meme sans bien comprendre parfois la demande des clients, il manque un manager qui gère et également le matin , il reste des peaux de banane et des restes près des piscines...aucun manager supervise
je veux bien revenir pour les former!!!
On aurait aimé avoir un tarif compétitif car nous étions un groupe de plus de 40 personnes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’hôtel est magnifique, parfaitement entretenu, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l’océan les chambres sont confortables, les installations sont de grande qualité et le personnel est toujours souriant et attentif.

Hayat Regency Taghazout..A beautiful experience
Pros:

Everything and everyone. Special thanks to Ali and amal from reception. Our initial suite had a nasty smell from the toilet and immediately they upgraded us to a beautiful sea view suite.khadija from house keeping and mariam in the kids club.
We love you all and you made our trip worthwhile

Fantastic!
Pros:

THE FOOD, the layout next to the sea, the heated swimming pool for kids. A sea promenade to the south and to the north for morning walks - really exceptional setting and views.

Cons:

Personnel should talk at least English or French as second language to Arabic. Often, when asking a question, they would not understand! The cleaning lady spoke perfectly French, whereas the assistant at the reception did not! Where is the logic??

Séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre exceptionnel !

Nous avons séjourné 9 nuits dans cet hôtel en famille et nous en repartons avec d’excellents souvenirs.

Tout au long de notre séjour, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Le personnel a été aux petits soins et a toujours fait preuve d’une grande disponibilité pour répondre à nos besoins. Cette qualité de service a largement contribué à rendre nos vacances agréables et reposantes.

Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Hicham, Front Office Manager, dont le professionnalisme, l’attention et la bienveillance ont fait toute la différence. Grâce à son implication et à son sens de l’accueil, notre séjour a été tout simplement inoubliable.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour.
