Pros:

We loved the hotel—it was ideal for a young family. The pool area was a huge hit with the children.

The food was consistently excellent, whether at breakfast, by the pool, or through room service. However, we felt the buffet was overpriced for what was offered.

The children thoroughly enjoyed the kids' club and looked forward to attending every day.

We also had a positive experience at the spa, with the treatments being relaxing.

The rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard.

Cons:

At times we felt the ancillary services such as house keeping was slow.

Не работал и так и не заработал кондиционер в номере!!!! При заселении с меня списали туристический сбор и спросили: вы заплатите только за себя или за друзей тоже? Я заплатил за всех. На выезде друзей попросили оплатить этот сбор, я узнал об этом уже в самолете. Так себе массаж в спа. Пока это один из худших Hayatt где я был. Сравнивать с Хаятами в Орландо, Бостоне, Мельбурне или Москве даже смысла нет. Где-то далеко позади.

Особенно разочаровал кондиционер. Вечером написал в ватсап менеджер: да косяк, кондиционер не работал, но мы его починили!!! . Мы готовы пригласить вас на ужин за счет отеля. Я говорю: да ок, но мы у вас 2 ночи и с друзьями планировали поужинать, можете позвать нас с друзьями на ужин (не бесплатно! Но допустим со скидкой). Ответ: нет! Эта привилегия только для вас!!!! Я все понимаю, но тупость кроется не в отсутствии ужина (нафиг он), а в кривых ответах персонала. Вечером пришел в номер, кондиционер так и не заработал…

Un séjour qui aurait pu être plus agréable
Pros:

L'emplacement, le cadre, le personnel sympathique (mais debordé). La plage privée (mieux que lors de mes 2 sejours précédents en 2021 et 2023).

Cons:

La mention vue latérale sur mer sans préciser si c'est côté jardin ou côté piscine) les vues sont très différentes pour des chambres au même tarif. En 2021 j'avais pris une vue latérale et la chambre dans laquelle j'étais donnait sur la piscine...ce n'était pas le cas cette fois-ci. Quand j'ai demandé le changement, on m'a fait comprendre que j'étais au 4e étage et que c'était une belle vue (je devais m'estimer heureuse) car au rez-de-chaussée c'était pire.
Le frigo ne marchait pas.
Le nombre de parasols sur la plage n'est pas suffisant lorsque l'hôtel est complet. Je suis partie nager et à mon retour plus de parasol alors que mes affaires étaient clairement sur le transat. J'ai passé 30 mn sous un soleil de plomb en attendant qu'un autre se libère.
Un autre inconvénient est le bruit que font certaines familles nombreuses (ils appellent leurs enfants à haute voix, ils discutent alors que l'interlocuteur est à 100 bornes, les appellent vidéos avec le volume à fond, YouTube sans les écouteurs et j'en passe...ils sont là en exhibition alors qu'on est là pour se détendre) j'étais choquée en voyant ces comportements irrespectueux.

Gutes Frühstück. Schönes Zimmer, gepflegter Garten und Pool

Cons:

Viele Vögel beim Frühstück, die teilweise vom Buffet fressen. Dreckige Auflagen am Pool(Vogelkot). Kaputte und ungepflegte Liegen am Strand.Auflagen waren sehr alt und dreckig.
