The location is great
It’s a shame: beautiful hotel with a great location but unfortunately we didn’t experience the 5stars hospitality.
Some of the staffmembers did of course their best, special thanks to Rachid and Hanan in the restaurant and Hamza at the pool.
But most of the staffmember are not of the expected professional level. Some are constantly on their phone, other would give you an extra towel at the pool as if their lives depend on it. We asked to get Two rooms next to each other, no sense of hospitality just mentioning the different type of room. Late check-out with a child who needs a nap is until 2 o’clock, no sense of empathy
Above all: No sign of the management on the ground, who would lead by example.
Not sure we would recommend this hotel in the current status.

Ontbijt was erg goed. Zwembad en kamers waren fijn.
Personeel is over het algemeen drama vooral in het restaurant en bij het zwembad. Personeel is voornamelijk met elkaar bezig inplaats van de klant bedienen. Ook is de hygiene rondom het zwembad onvoldoende. Aangezien de prijs voor het verblijf van het hotel behoorlijk is had ik meer verwacht.
