Super hôtel pour un séjour détente à Taghazout
Pros:

Le plus beau dans la baie de taghazout. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le service est bien mais peut être amélioré. Le buffet au dîner ne vaut pas le coup. C’est mieux de dîner au resto à la carte

Family orientated, relaxing and rejuvenating place.
Pros:

Excellent family hotel. Good atmosphere, top facilities. Liked the sunset yoga and the gym has a great location overlooking the ocean. Beautiful rooms.

Most enjoyable holiday
Pros:

We (sisters and a friend) had a lovely holiday at the Hyatt Regency. Although there were issues at the start of our stay, we did bring them to the attention of the Manager and staff and they did everything they could to ensure the remainder of our stay went without further hitches. Ahmed the F and B Manager was wonderful, along with Asham, Mohammed and all the team in Sud 19km. Thanks to them all for making our holiday memorable for the right reasons. We had a fabulous time and we will return.
The adult pool and the beach were most enjoyable.
Rooms were clean and the beds very comfy.
Food in Sud 19Km was very nice, (the standard Buffett was a bit too repetitive and some evenings struggled with the offerings). Breakfast was ok, the staff were always helpful but they need to be more forward thinking...filling the hot milk jug and water in the coffee machines. There were a lot of French children, many running riot in the restaurants at breakfast and dinner so this was disappointing, more from the parents than the hotel staff who did, repeatedly ask for them to be kept under supervision.
All in all we had a great time and the weather was fabulous.

Magnifique séjour.
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique. Le personnel au petit soin. Les extérieurs sont splendides et très fleuris. Il y a 3 piscines qui sont grandes dont une chauffée et une pour adultes only. Le petit dej est varié et excellent.

Cons:

Le tarif des consommations sont excessifs. 6€ la crêpe par exemple. De même pour la location de surf. Pour info 1h30 de location de surf à l’hôtel coûte le même prix que 5 jours complet au centre de Taghazout. Je comprends que l’on paie plus cher à l’hôtel mais à ce point pour le même matériel ….
Pour finir je trouve dommage que le menu du buffet soit très orienté sur des plats occidentaux. Il n’y a que le vendredi où il y a le repas marocain.
