Cons:

Dans la chambre on constate un manque de propreté évident, traces de saleté dans la salle de bain et rideaux.

Service restauration au petit déjeuner est interminable avec fil d’attente.

Le personnel bien que poli, était totalement dépassé et désorganisée.

Good location, clean and staff at check in were great.

Cons:

1. service at the restaurant: we were told booking was outside but upon arrival were told there was no room outside. Not a massive issue in its own but was made worse by the fact everyone else who came had their tables moved from the inside to the outside and we were not given the option. We ended up being the only people dining inside by the end. Caveat that the specific waiter who served us was great.
2. Apart from check in and the waiter the staff seemed unfriendly and inattentive.

Bland generic resort with underwhelming food options.
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable.

Cons:

The resort just felt really generic with uninspiring food, it didn't feel like we were in Morocco, we could have been anywhere.

There's a pack of stray dogs on a path separating the hotel from it's private beach and I got bitten by one of them which caused me huge health issues and ruined my holiday

Excellent séjour relaxant en famille
Pros:

De manière générale nous avons fortement apprécié notre séjour (un couple dans la trentaine avec une fille de 18 mois.) le mélange piscine / plage est excellent, le kid club est top. Il y a un beach club avec accès sur la plage donc parfait pour y aller en toute tranquillité. Buffet du petit déjeuner très correct et personnel vraiment souriant et gentil. Nous avons demandé un lit bébé en bois qui était de bonne qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un grand balcon sécurisé pour notre fille.
Tamraght est juste à côté 8 mn en voiture, nous avons loué une voiture et nous y allions tous les jours pour le déjeuner et dîner (grand choix de coffee shop et restaurant, très safe et bienveillant)

Cons:

Il serait bien que l’hôtel construise un petit parc pour enfant (toboggan, mur à grimper etc..)

Un séchoir à linge sur les terrasses seraient à envisager ( tout le monde mettait leur vêtement à sécher sur les rebords des balcons)

Un coffee shop dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel serait un vrait plus

Perfect om met het gezin te surfen
Pros:

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, mooie fijne kamers en de locatie aan het strand waar je kunt surfen is super.

Cons:

De diner keuze was wat beperkt, alleen een vrij duur buffet of ander vrij duur a la cart restaurant.
