Pros:

De kamers zijn mooi ruim en het personeel is ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Qua restaurants zit je ook goed hier, je hoeft in principe niet bij het hotel weg. Het ontbijt was fantastisch en heel erg uitgebreid. Wij zouden hier zeker nog een terug naartoe gaan.

Cons:

Het was erg druk in de periode dat wij er waren en het was jammer dat er niet genoeg ligbedjes waren voor alle gasten van het hotel, deze moesten in de ochtend al vroeg gereserveerd worden.

Énormément de monde en période de vacances donc piscine surchargée.

Great stay and Kids club
Pros:

The hotel had obviously great features.. Ultimately it was chosen because it seemed it had a nice kids club, and we will definitely go back to the hotel because indeed it had a great kids club! A special thanks to Mr Imad ringoo crew : Meryem, Aya, Safa, Tofik and Ayoub .. great energy and care for the kids.

we were a bit disappointed that we were told that the room would only be ready at 15:00 on arrival, but the fact that it ultimately was ready earlier and the experience later on, more than compensated that negative point.

Excellent séjour en famille dans un hôtel de grande qualité!
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé en bord de mer avec l'ensemble des espaces de très bonne qualité et très beau design; L'espace extérieur avec jardin et piscines (dont une chauffée) est très beau et très bien entretenu; Présence d'"une plage privée avec bar très agréable notamment pour le coucher de soleil; Les 2 restaurants sont excellents avec notamment un buffet varié de grande qualité pour le restaurant "Citron Brûlé" ainsi qu'un petit-déjeuner varié et excellent; Le restaurant "à la carte" situé près de la mer était également excellent; Les chambres sont en excellent état et très bien décorées; Il y a beaucoup de personnel présent; Les cours de Yoga/Pilates gratuits le matin sont très appréciables;

Cons:

Le personnel pourrait être un peu plus réactif aux demandes, notamment dans les restaurants (midi ou soir), où il y a un peu d'attente parfois. Certaines activités présentes dans l'hôtel comme le padel sont payantes alors qu'elles pourraient être gratuites pour les clients de l'hôtel;

The Hyatt Regency Taghazout is a very beautiful and well-designed resort, perfectly located along the coast. The property features a modern architectural style and is especially well-suited for families with children.

The beachfront promenade is stunning and ideal for walking or jogging, offering great views of the ocean. The hotel also provides access to a private beach, adding to the exclusivity and comfort of the stay.

The entire resort is very green and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the fitness facilities are of high quality, making it a great choice for guests who want to stay active during their stay.

Cons:

The organization of the staff is a major issue. It is very noticeable that the team is not properly trained—there are many employees, but no one really seems to know their responsibilities.

Upon arrival, we received almost no guidance during check-in: no clear information about breakfast hours or which restaurants were available. We were also told that no reservation was needed for the restaurants, but once there, we were informed that reservations were absolutely required.

The waiting times for food were catastrophic. Again, there was a lot of staff, but very poor organization: several employees gathered around one table while other tables were left unattended.

The level of service clearly does not match that of a 5-star hotel, but rather a 3-star standard. Management definitely needs to improve staff organization and training.
