Pros:

Brand new, very clean, comfortable space

Cons:

Staff was extremely busy therefore did not have the opportunity to give a satisfactory customer service. The hotel had a convention and the service felt rushed and un accommodating.

Good stay in a nice shopping area.
Pros:

It’s a new update and the hotel was very clean. We arrived a couple of hours early and although my king room wasn’t available we were checked into a double queen room immediately. Also there is free parking and lots of shops and eateries available in this center. Lastly,all the staff was lovely.

Cons:

The door to the room did little to block the noise from the hallway. It felt like we had the door wide open. Also parking is awkward for loading and unloading items from the car. For older folks or people with mobility issues this is a poor arrangement.
