Pros:

We always enjoy staying at Towne suites. The people are very friendly and are dedicated to the helping their guests. Breakfast is great, spinach quiche delicious.

The rooms need better lighting over the desk,vanity. Truly

Also, the exterior needs some clean up. Fresh Paint and cobwebs on lights.

The property is conveniently located in a peaceful location. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable with a great view.

Cons:

I was concerned about running out of toilet paper as they said their shipment was coming in the following day. And that there was no bottled water.

Exceptional Hotel
Pros:

The property was clean, safe, very comfortable and had a kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised and very grateful. The staff was exceptional in their ability to help. My daughter forgot a razor and the front desk had a complimentary one with little packets of shaving cream. The breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

I didn’t encounter anything that I didn’t like.

It was a comfortable one night stay.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was great. Location was great for us, and the staff was very good.

The chairs and bedding were very worn. The red colored fabric had worn off and looked black and dirty.

Thank you for making a stressful arrival much better.
Pros:

Our reservation was not ready when we arrived, so we had to wait in the lobby. We were in town for a tournament, exhausted, and expecting our room to be available sooner. The staff explained they only had two housekeepers, which made us understand the challenges they were facing.

What stood out most was the outstanding customer service from the front desk team. I remember a Black male staff member and a white female staff member with short hair. Both were extremely professional, kind, and patient. After noticing we had been waiting for quite a while, the male staff member offered us complimentary snacks, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated during a long day.

Despite being under pressure from multiple guests and dealing with staffing shortages, they remained calm, pleasant, and professional throughout. I also interacted with a maintenance staff member who was equally kind and helpful.

The way this team handled customer concerns made it much easier to overlook the wait time. Honestly, if you could clone the front desk staff, that would be amazing. Their professionalism and customer service deserve recognition—and likely some type of raise or reward. Wonderful people handling a difficult situation with grace.

Exceptional Hospitality and Comfort
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience staying here while my husband was being transferred to the area. From check-in to check-out and everything in between. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. It was perfect place for us during the transition, and it also worked out great for my sister that came to visit. While enjoying a beverage with my sister around the fire pit, she was reunited with some past friends that happened to be staying there. The location was convenient and the atmosphere was relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone that would like to visit Leesburg.
