Clean new
1st floor ice machine was not working and never got fixed our had an out of service sign put up.
Bar closed before closing time. Bathroom didn’t have enough towel hooks.
New, clean, not crowded, nice staff, good breakfast.
Had to pay for parking.

Room layout was perfect for our 5 member family
Parking was paid. This seemed totally unnecessary given there was so much room for parking and it was not like downtown San Fran where traffic volume is so high that it needs to be rationed.

The room had a strong, old, dusty carpet smell and the AC wasn’t working. We also couldn’t get any help with basic cleaning.
I asked the front desk to change the sheets and clean the room while we were out, and they said it would be taken care of. When we came back, nothing had been done. The front desk then told us there was no one available to assist and asked us to change the sheets ourselves. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, broken AC, and poor service made this a very disappointing stay.
I like the it was easy to check in and the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

I just wanted to share my honest review about my stay here in Spring Hills Fremont, the best food I’ve tasted….been staying in Springhill suites down south when my daughter is in competition traveling with the colorguard and this one has been the best out so far with my food breakfast experience. Food quality is really super especially the sausage is cooked very nice juicy and crispy like it’s just freshly cook though I know it’s microwavable ha ha ha ha…. Oatmeal has nice texture not runny nor clumpy it was excellent! Met the nice hard working lady named Evelyn that was working behind making sure everything is not running out, constantly tidying the food place….and it shows why because she works so much with compassion and integrity that shows how
Much she loves what she’s doing. We need more people like her! More power to Springhills Suites Fremont!!!!
