Very friendly staff I was looked after by faith and Peter at the pool bar. Great choice of food and a good gym to burn off the calories. Would highly recommend

Lovely hotel and staff.

The staff are just wonderful and professional. From the check-in desk, stopping at the lobby bar for a quick drink, and heading to your room, it’s a welcoming experience with a touch of Lagos hospitality. Unpack, and head to the pool bar, where supervisor Peter will spot you 50-100 yards away, and will be grinning with a welcome smile. Peter, Juliet and the entire pool bar team are just amazing; too many to mention but I can’t forget Felix for chilling my Trophy beer, just the way I like it; yum😄 I have stayed here at least 4 times in the past 2 years, and I get wait to return.

I went to the spa at Marriott hotel and shortly after visited the poolside area for food. I want to say thank you to Daniella for the great massage and Peter, Patrick and Jonas for your hospitality whilst dining.

We stayed at Lagos Marriott Hotel Ikeja for two nights, from 12 to 14 July, as it was conveniently located close to the airport.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

A special thank you to Faith at the poolside Grill bar, who was exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and professional, and her outstanding customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. She is a real credit to the hotel.

The only downside was that on the morning of our departure there was an unexpected water supply issue, which meant there was no running water for a period of time. We understand that unforeseen issues can happen, but it did affect our experience, especially as it was our first stay at the hotel.

Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return. We appreciate the hospitality of the staff and hope the hotel has measures in place to better manage similar situations in the future.

The service was top notch
I am pleased to provide my feedback on the interns. Both Pentecost and Fathia conducted themselves professionally throughout their attachment. They were eager to learn, receptive to instructions, and carried out their assigned tasks diligently.

In particular, Pentecost demonstrated a positive attitude, good work ethic, and a willingness to take initiative when required. Overall, my experience working with the interns was positive, and I believe they have gained valuable practical experience from the program.

I also found Peter to be professional, responsive, and supportive in his supervisory role throughout my visit.

I visited the Azure Grill Restaurant with my friend and we were treated like royalty. The Bartender Mr Jonas made us a very delicious Cocktail and we were served professionally by Miss Juliet who recommended the dish and the cocktail. The Supervisor,Mr Peter was going round every table checking on every guest and he introduced us to their Loyalty Bonvoy Program. We have never experienced this level of care and hospitality before now. We will certainly tell our friends about Azure and it's great team .

I am personally writing a review on your training staff named Pentecost, she’s amazing. There’s a good menu which me and my friends didn’t know about that she introduced to us and we really enjoyed it. I will recommend that you retain her because i will be patronizing your hotel henceforth because of this special menu i and my friends ate yesterday at your hotel. The hotel was lovely as usual. I’ve stayed here so many time and I absolutely LOVE it. Check-in was smooth and nice, early check-in as Delta flight arrives early. The rooms are neat and comfortable, bed was nice, I slept like a baby… Customer service was phenomenal as usual… The staff are excellent and treat you like family. Joy, Helen, Elizabeth, Maureen, Adeola (idapo lounge) Kenneth, and the whole concierge crew. I enjoyed hosting my guests at Azure, the food was nice. And M Lounge remained awesome. Enjoyed my stay and this remains the best hotel in Lagos!

I sincerely appreciate the warm hospitality and professionalism shown to us during our celebration. Mr. Emmanuel, our waiter, attended to us with great respect, patience, and good manners throughout the event, while Mr. Peter the Supervisor ensured that everything went smoothly from beginning to end.

The service was excellent, prompt, and well coordinated. Every request was attended to quickly without any struggle, and the team made sure we were comfortable and well served at all times. Thank you for making our experience memorable and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service.

I hung out with a dear friend at the Friday night buffet and barbecue. It was a joyous experience. The food was superb. The live music was great. My friend even danced with the lead singer.
