舒心清幽
Pros:

服务至上、前台客房保安人员笑脸迎人、入住体验十分亲切安心。地点优越、就在湖边、晨跑十分便利清新。不行可到商业大楼和餐饮区。交通便利、乘搭专车很快到达主要市区中心和旅游景点。

Disappointed
Pros:

The location is great. Rooms is big enough for a family.

Cons:

The service was terrible. Delayed checking us in on purpose because the rooms were not ready despite the fact it was pass 5pm! They wouldn’t even offer you anything for the wait. Took us more than 30minutes to check in. I expected more from an international chain.

Perfect!
Pros:

It's a very nice property with very friendly staffs. Especially Alice from the reception whom she helped me to find a halal restaurant closby the hotel.

Pros:

Hotel is really good, clean and breakfast is great. Downside for foreigners is that staff generally dont speak english.

Pleasant holiday
Pros:

We didn’t use the breakfast service. There were many local eateries within walking distance that allow us to discover the food culture. There were also convenient stores and fresh food markets as well.
The location was ideal. We had a direct view of the lake. The nearby lake and park provided some relief to the summer heat and avoid flooding during the stormy days.

Cons:

None. The surrounding shops provided all the extra we needed to cater to our taste and lifestyle.
