Overall pleasant, but beware gotcha fees.
Pros:

Wonderful location near Moffett Field and the 237 freeway, which allows easy access to the Bay Area.

Cons:

It wasn't clear when booking that parking isn't included in the room rate. Only $25 breakfast was called out separately. It's also not mentioned this hotel shares the site with a sister hotel, Tetra, and guests from both can use each other's facilities. In particular, breakfast wasn't available Thanksgiving morning at AC Hotel, but was available at Tetra, although at a much higher rate.

Totally fine, not disappointing, but no extra effort was made to make it a nice stay in any way.
Pros:

Clean, room was fine and ample (with couch, which came in handy). Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Nothing around but office parks. Swimming pool is small and cold, unattended: hard to get towels. Room was not serviced. Wifi didnt work for my laptop at all. Did not let us check out late "because too many people checking out today" which didnt make sense.

Staff was friendly and location was great! It’s a bummer that you have pay 25 dollars for a breakfast that is offered for free at lower rated hotels.

It was short but great!
Pros:

Patricia Mina was an absolute treasure. Helpful professional and extremely pleasant. We did not have any problems but she brightened our day. The level of customer service she provides is an understatement to call it rare. Please pass along my thanks!

Pros:

The room was very clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable although very low to the ground. We were not able to check in at our check in time of 3 pm. We arrived around 1:45 pm and were told that we would get a call when our room was ready. I never received a call or text. I went to the lobby around 2:40 pm and waited in line until around 3:30 pm before we were able to check in.

Pros:

The elevators was very noisy, was afraid they might break down. I was extremely upset that they charged $28 a day to park our vehicle in their garage.
