Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Ineens hadden wij geen lunch inbegrepen, terugkijken kon niet meer. Maar was ervan overtuigd dat we het hadden aangevinkt. Hiernaast zijn ze vergeten om de borgsom cash aan mij terug te geven.

Spacious room, easy parking, most important is no moldy smell or unpleasant odor.

Comfortable with spacious rooms and a relaxing atmosphere, ample parking lots. As the hotel is still considered quite new, everything was well maintained without any moldy smell or unpleasant odor, which made the stay even more comfortable.

Good but need some improvement for guest to repeat their stay.
Pros:

Comfortable&clean.

Cons:

-The water supply for the toilet is so cold. Pls provide hot water at the toilet too.
-Breakfast is good but the food are not added immediately and some part are just left empty until the breakfast is over. It is not fair since we paid a lot for the breakfast.

Great experience in this lovely hotel. Rooms and facilities were on point and lovely staff.

Staff didn’t inform if they had a shuttle service to your local tourist attractions.

De locatie - dichtbij de start van wandelingen en het centrum

Cons:

Pas na 2 kamers te hebben gezien, kregen we een propere kamer.
Hygiene laat te wensen over.
