From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.

Perfect hotel in every sense . Would definitely recommend
Pros:

The hotel was excellent in every way. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was superb with a great selection of different options .
The staff were always pleasant and friendly and the location of the hotel was perfect as it was a short walk to the bus terminal aswell as the main town with lots of local restaurants.
The gym was small but adequate as it was hardly used. The pool was also on the roof top which was good for views of the city.

We were even lucky enough to be staying at the hotel when the King of Malaysia visited!

best hotel. breakfast is wonderful and delicious. very spacious room and all the facilities are super clean and good. the staff were polite. parking also spacious. overall...excellent experience with this hotel.

Excellent for a stay in the Highlands

Very good central hotel right in the middle of Tanah Rata.
Pros:

This is a large, cavernous and soulless sort of hotel. However it is very well located and the higher rooms have fabulous views over the town and surrounding countryside.
We changed to the Signature Twin on the 7th floor which was much better than the Deluxe. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and everything functioned. We also had a small balcony. As much drinking water as you needed from the bathroom special tap.
The buffet breakfast was very good. It was served in an enormous room with plenty of space for access to the food and lots of tables. The variety of foods was excellent.
The staff were mostly very welcoming and helpful.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

We booked Signature King Deluxe assuming this would be a better, more comfortable room. It turns out that Signature King at a cheaper price is exactly the same room as the Deluxe. The only slight difference is that the Deluxe has a very large balcony, virtually unusable as there is no furniture on it and all Deluxe rooms are located on the second floor with a relatively inferior view compared to higher floors.

Hôtel correct mais ne mérite pas les cinq étoiles
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse avec balcon
Très bon petit déjeuner avec du choix
Emplacement bien situé proche de toute activité

Cons:

L’hôtel vous réserve aucune activité
Vous devez payer une taxe à l’arrivée et une taxe à la sortie…
Nous n’avions pas de gel douche pour se laver
Les cartes de l’hôtel ne vous permettent pas d’aller dans d’autres étages de l’hôtels , nous avions réservé deux chambres avec nos parents qui n’étaient pas au même étage que nous, très compliqué pour se rejoindre…

Not the first time here. But this time the room wasn’t been clean properly. Got creamer packs on the floor with other garbage too. My blanket & bed sheet got stain. Call for housekeeping to clean & change, but didn’t change although had been called & inform about the stain. Didn’t expect this kind of service for 5 star hotel & a family suite room
