From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.

Pros:

ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS. SHOPS, RESTAURANTS NEARBY

Cons:

Less clean. Example coffee cup all in my room hv stain, they keep old keetle, all over the coffer tea area hv stain.
They only will chg ur towel an bedsheet, no cleaning, vacumm nothing.
I dunno they did this only for us or wht but very dissapointed by service. The hotel also dont hv any facilities to be enjoyed. Overall ok. But wont repeat my stsy here.

Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
Pros:

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside and the location is quite convenient.

Cons:

The cleanliness was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned upon check-in, with visible dirt and even urine stains in the bathroom. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard and price.

After reporting the issue, I had to wait for cleaning despite arriving late, which was very inconvenient and frustrating

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, les chambres sont spacieuses. Possibilité de réserver un taxi avec l'hôtel pour voir les plantations de thé.
Il y a une belle piscine et le sauna ainsi qu'une salle de sport.

Cons:

La piscine était froide.

Pros:

Strategic location walking distance to shops, restaurant, and bank( 100m away).Plenty of parking. Clean and well maintain room. Beautiful view of Tanah Rata.

Cons:

The receptionist could smile more😊

Pros:

The breakfast served is of the simpler version (less costly) which falls below my expectation when i linked it to the rate the hotel is charging. The good side is the breakfast is healthier and fresher (variety of vegetables and fruit served).

Good value for money
Pros:

Conveniently located in the heart of Tanah Rata and well within walking distance to shops, restaurants, night bazaars and the bus terminal. The hotel itself has good amenities such as a swimming pool, gym and sauna which are well maintained. Food options available from the restaurant are decent and well prepared, but nothing too fancy.
