From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.

Good hotel on top of a hill
Pros:

The room was very spacious and hada lovely bathroom, the bed was very comfortable there was plenty options at breakfast

Drilling day time
Pros:

Location, the hotel is new

Cons:

There was a drilling and called the receptioni they agreed there is a renovation next to my room. Why rent the room when guest can not have peaceful time in the room which is the highest in the Cameroon Highland.

Room were not clean after the clean up I rang the cleaners again to vacuum the room as it's still appear dirty.

I came late after dinner and upon reaching the reception I asked for washroom and the staff at reception told me to go to my room. It really seems very unfriendly and a lot improvement needed for the hotel reception staff.

Prachtige ruime kamer met apart toilet en ruime douche

Cons:

Hotel doet in centrale deel (atrium) ongezellig aan. Nodigt niet uit. Geen probleem voor ons, we zouden toch naar de Travellers Bar gaan.
