From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Un cadre agréable pour bien commencer la journée
Pros:

L'établissement est propre, spacieux et bien entretenu.
Le petit déjeuner est un point fort de l'hôtel, avec un large choix de produits. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le prendre sur la terrasse, qui offre une très belle vue sur la ville, les magnifiques arbres et les montagnes environnantes.

Cons:

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel, ce qui nous a semblé être une durée suffisante. sa taille donne une impression assez impersonnelle, ce qui limite les échanges avec le personnel.
La piscine nous a un peu déçus. L'eau était très froide et l'espace manque de convivialité : seulement quelques transats, sans parasols, malgré une surface qui offrirait un réel potentiel pour créer un lieu de détente plus accueillant.

Cons:

Breakfast mostly dua hari lauk yg sama (adala certain lauk yg berbeza). Staff breakfast seem blur to understand what my request is and they seem like smile sarcastic after respond to me. Offended on that :) They should be more professional. Learn the ethic of as customer services.

Pros:

Goede locatie vlakbij het centrum van Tanah Rata. Ruime kamers.
Zwembad & fitness.

Cons:

Kamers waren helemaal niet proper (schimmel in de badkamer, tapijt vol stof, vlekken op handdoeken en lakens). Ook ons toilet had een probleem. Spoelde eerst niet door en nadien - toen het “gemaakt” was - lekte het.

Great 3D2N stay......
Pros:

Good location with many food options nearby. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast spread is sumptuous with good vegetarian consideration. Ample parking at basement.

Cons:

The hotel can consider investing in new bath towels as I have towels with clear big stains.

It was a wonderful stay for us as a family
Pros:

1. The hotel is very spacious, including the room we stayed in, which gave our active toddler plenty of space to move around comfortably
2. The clean balcony overlooking the city was a lovely spot to relax and spend quality time with the family
3. The property was not overly crowded, making for a peaceful and tranquil stay that we truly enjoyed

Cons:

1. The complimentary shampoo and shower gel bottles were quite small and insufficient for our family, so we had to request additional bottles. It would be more convenient if the hotel could install larger, wall-mounted dispensers in the bathroom to ensure guests have an adequate supply throughout their stay
2. The swimming pool water was quite cold, making it unsuitable for our toddler, especially during cooler weather. It would be wonderful if the hotel could consider installing a pool heating system to keep the water at a more comfortable temperature for guests of all ages
