From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.

Great experience in this lovely hotel. Rooms and facilities were on point and lovely staff.

Staff didn’t inform if they had a shuttle service to your local tourist attractions.

Goede locatie, hygiëne kan beter

De locatie - dichtbij de start van wandelingen en het centrum

Cons:

Pas na 2 kamers te hebben gezien, kregen we een propere kamer.
Hygiene laat te wensen over.

Een goed verblijf voor als je wat langer in Cameron Highland wilt verblijven

Ik was in de overtuiging dat ik een kamer met ontbijt had geboekt, maar toen ik de ontbijtzaal wilde binnengaan bleek dat dit niet het geval was.
Het ontbijt is hier altijd zeer ruim en van goed kwaliteit

Pros:

Space for rooms are very expansive, probably the biggest sqft in CH. Location is prime, easily accessible and has nice shops around for groceries etc. No noise from the main road and parking is free for staying guests. Hotel crews were attentive and friendly.

Cons:

Surprisingly considering this is a 5-star establishment, pillows in the rooms are NOT comfortable at all. Note that guests travel from various distances to CH and the most important thing is hotels providing a good, comfortable pillow with proper support. I had the worst sleep here, which was very disappointing. Woke up with terrible neck pain due to the very thin, soft pillows. Breakfast was mediocre (rated the best hotel breakfast on social media) — I decided to skip breakfast on my second day here. Bad placement of filtered water (in the powder room??) Could have used one of those empty counter tops in the suites to place this. Unusual use of space, my family suite felt mundane and empty despite the huge floor space.
