From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.
A deposit may be required at the property.

The hotel is an excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, very clen.

The access on lift only guest with card can go to the floor designate. Filter drinking water.
The check in time is 3pm, I reached about 4.30pm and the two signature king room is not ready. Got to room alomost 5pm. Why the delay? No one can tell, is not even peak season, is Monday!
My personal first impressions were disappointing, the lobby felt plain and uninviting, completely lacking any decorative touches or floral arrangements, Merdeka day is just around the corner!
Lobby was completely deserted, and the welcome drink was pale and bland, seemed like an afterthought.

Klein, koud en saai zwembad met maar 2 bedjes.
Toen we al lagen te slapen werden we wakker gebeld met de vage vraag of we kinderen op de gang hadden aangesproken of aangeraakt, ze hadden iets gezien op cctv. Geen idee waar het over ging, de volgende dag niets meer over gehoord. Was niet fijn, excuses waren op hun plek geweest.
Stoelen op.het balkon was fijn geweest, uitzicht over de stad was er mooi genoeg voor.

Sehr große Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super! Eines der Besten, das wir während unserer Rundreise erlebt haben.

El hotel no es de la categoría de 5 estrellas, es más bien un 3 estrellas. El hotel está muy sucio, las toallas tenían manchas, tuvimos que pedir que nos trajeran otras limpias. Por las imágenes piensas que es un buen hotel, pero no es nada así.

Goede ligging en waarschijnlijk het beste in de omgeving, het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid.
De lakens waren niet proper, ook het tapijt en de stoelen waren bevlekt. Na deze melding kregen we andere kamer. Zou niet mogen gebeuren. We vinden het een heel groot en beetje ongezellig hotel.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and well maintained.
The price was quite expensive for what was offered. The balcony glass was dirty and had visible moss/algae. The balcony was also connected to the neighbouring room, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable as the guests next door could easily see into our balcony area, resulting in very little privacy. The bathtub was extremely small and seemed more suitable for children than adults. The toilet also had no lock, which made us feel uncomfortable and lacked privacy and security.
Staff attentiveness and their professionalism. Very clean room and good location.

Het ontbijt is erg lekker en giga veel keuze. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Het hotel is vrij rustig wat wij erg fijn vonden. Locatie is top, je kijkt uit over de bergen en het dorpje
