Clean, comfortable and spacious.
Pros:

The staff was welcoming and the room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We would happily stay there again. We had no complaints at all.

Pros:

Marilyn checked me in and was so friendly! The next morning she helped me with a other reservation and I was very appreciative.

I use to like staying here but the past two times I noticed issues with other people that stay there smoking weed, fight
Pros:

It’s clean and close to a lot of different restaurants

Cons:

Never enough parking it’s always full and one day I called and nobody at the front desk answered and I went down there to and nobody was at the front desk nobody is there at night time they disappear it’s hard to find someone then I hear kids on my floor running up and down the hallway and trying to open our door even when we were sleeping

Cons:

Nikola, the man at the front desk was not at friendly! He never smiled and did not make us feel welcome. At 11:00 pm, the fire alarm went off. We went downstairs and were told everything was ok. My husband questioned him, as we did not feel safe with that answer. He refused to give us information until my husband threatened to call the fire department. Then the elevator did not work the next morning and we had to carry everything down 3 flights of stairs.

Quick and easy check in (a little earlier than 3), great gym, lots of breakfast options. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, nice shower.

Cons:

Our room had a really strong smell that never went away. Whatever bleach was used in the cleaning I think left a VERY strong ammonia smell that kind of smelled like it was mixed with BO. The room itself was comfortable and nice but the smell just meant that every moment in there felt like powering through. If we had stayed longer I probably would have asked to swap rooms but we had very limited time at the hotel unfortunately. This was the only downside!
