Breakfast was great lot of choice, plenty of tables free when we dined.
Hotel is in great location for the City Centre. We had a king size room plenty of space to spread out.

Excellent position for going to the centre of the city, bus stops a few yards away forgoing to the the train station. Minster & historical sites within walking distance. Pubs & restaurants close to hotel.

Relatively easy to reach city centre, quiet room. Bathroom clean and modern. Basic house keeping effective.
Bed was okay but not the most comfortable. Carpet in the room had a stain from a previous occupant that I noticed after arrival. Staff interaction very minimal, bare details at check in, no obvious every day courtesy from breakfast staff. Text messages all a bit clinical. Second morning breakfast had some supply limitations.
