A fabulous hotel and a lovely place to visit.
Pros:

The hotel was very central and very clean. Our room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of cooked and continental. Always kept replenished and tables cleared and cleaned.

Pros:

Good breakfast and hot drinks selection. Spacious lounge area with the ability to buy hot drinks at the bar.

Cons:

Would have liked a small packet of biscuits and sachet of hot chocolate on the complimentary tea tray in the bedroom.
Unfortunately plates weren’t hot in the breakfast buffet so the food cooled down quickly.

Pros:

The staff were really kind and attentive, even allowing us to check in early which was a lovely surprise. Bed was really comfy.

Cons:

The fridge in the room isn't the best at keeping things cold but minor issue really.

Pros:

The staff was brilliant. They assisted me with a surprise for my wife prior to check-in and made sure we were happy with everything. The location is also excellent, literally right next to Clifford's Tower and a few minutes' walk to Shambles and the Minster, with loads of convenience stores nearby. The breakfast was lovely too, with a view of Clifford's Tower. Great value for your money.

Lack of affordable parking options nearby.

Pros:

The room was nice and clean beds were comfy, shower was nice .Staff were friendly and helpful as my husband has celiacs but he was catered for well. Close to the city centre of this amazing city , walked 15 miles in 3 days the view of the tower from the dining area amazing with the daffodils around the base

Wasnt as good as last time we stayed , we were dissapointed

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable , pillows were too high and there was 4 of them , the maid brought us 2 more , one was ok other was too high . We didnt sleep well , breakfast was ok , coffee machine was out of milk , breakfast items were slow to come out ,we have stayed before and had enjoyed it , thats why we booked again
