The place is close the city centre and eveything was easily accessible.

Cons:

The property is not with the money as they have minimal facility and extremely dirty. The maintenance is very low and very unclean.

Never recommend it to anybody....worst treebo facility in pune ....no customer focus approach
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

1. Breakfast starts at 8 am , too late compared to other treebo or any 3 star hotel - should start from 7:00 or 7:30
2. Room lock is not working
3. No service or proper response from staff , specially receptionist (very rude behaviour with customer)

Great staff, below average property
Pros:

The staff at reception was very helpful. They provided the room as soon as it was available. During unexpected rains, they provided an umbrella too.

Cons:

The room doesn't do justice to its pricing. I checked different hotels in similar price range and they were much more appealing. It was just a room with a bed and a bathroom.
Lift was so small that only two people can fit in at a time.
Mattress are spring ones. Not at all comfortable.
