Very convenient and Well Maintained Property
Pros:

This was my second time staying at this HYATT property. It is convenient, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is pretty good.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good and exceptional variety. My granddaughter left behind her IPad and it was discoed by the cleaning staff. It was turn in and I was contacted that day, whomever found it should be commended for there actions.

Very nice facility, bar and restaurant.

Cons:

Bathroom sink drain had a very slow drain. Inner shower doors was missing a handle
(Room 338).

Great 3-night stay at Allentown Hyatt House hotel in November 2025 for our Company's Conference. Perfect clean quiet room with the kitchenet, full set of dinnerware, tasty breakfast and outstanding dinner in West Grill! The staff was very helpful and friendly; all of my requests were met with a smile. I would recommend the hotel to my friends. Thank you!

A wonderful newish hotel with a great indoor pool.
Pros:

The difference between this stay compared with the one from a week ago on the first part of our trip was that this time we arrived in time to use the pool. What a great pool! It was a good size and very clean and it really made a big difference in my enjoyment of our stay. As before, the room and everything else about the hotel was just excellent. So I think this was the hotel we enjoyed the most on our trip.

A little pricy, but well worth it.

Pet-friendly hotel in new condition in a convenient location.
Pros:

The overall positive factor was that the hotel is fairly new and all the rooms and other facilities are high quality and in great shape. The bathroom sink, mirror, and shower were all sparkling and well-designed. The beds were great. Breakfast was slightly above average--the scrambled eggs, for example, seemed a little less industrial than you sometimes find. We also appreciated that the hotel allowed dogs.

Cons:

Our stay would have been even that much better if the pool opened earlier in the morning than 10 AM. For anyone traveling, that isn't a feasible start time.
