Decepción
Pros:

Limehome despues de haber oagado el valor de la reserva decidió cancelarla alegando que habian cancelado mi reserva despues de un estudio de seguridad , ya me habia hospedado antes alli, 2 noches, que creen que soy, una terrorista?? Ahora estoy tratando de pedir el reembolso del dinero cobrado

Short Stay Frankfurt
Pros:

I was in one of the smaller studios. Well laid out, well equipped kitchen, nice shower, it was great for one person, would do for two. Very close to main rail station, transit, and business district.

Would’ve been 10/10 if the elevator was working :)
Pros:

Nice location, very clean and homely

Cons:

Elevator wasn’t working with only a day’s notice. We had to carry our suitcases up 7 flights of stairs. We stayed for 2 nights and elevator still wasnt fixed

Nur für ganz mutige Gäste
Pros:

Sauberes, ansprechendes Zimmer mit guter Einrichtung. Da das Fenster auf den Hof hinaus ging, konnte ich sogar bei offenem Fenster schlafen.

Cons:

Ich war fast eine Woche da. In dieser Zeit funktionierte der Fahrstuhl keinen einzigen Tag, drei Nächte übernachtete ein Obdachloser in der Lobby mit den entsprechenden Begleiterscheinungen und es gab an keinem einzigen Morgen warmes Wasser zum Duschen.

déçu par l'absence d'accompagnement du personnel - très content des installation et propreté

la localisation, le propreté des locaux , les installations dans la chambre : literie, salle de bain et cuisine très bien équipés

Cons:

- les codes d'entrée était faux, j'ai du les régénérer
- pas de possibilité de déposer les bagages avant la perception de la chambre et après le rendu de la chambre - j'ai vu qu'il existait un partenariat avec une consigne mais ce n'est pas aussi intéressant compte-tenu du prix de la nuitée.

- j'ai oublié un chargeur de téléphone dans la chambre. Pas de personnel donc pas de réception pour le récupérer. Mais surtout un prix exorbitant pour me l'envoyer.

- le prix de la nuit est assez cher pour un hébergement SANS personnel à 100%

die Dusche war nicht sauber gereinigt
der Einsteller der Temperatur hat leider nicht funktioniert und so hatte ich gemäss Anzeige 27° im Zimmer und das war def. zu heiss
ich hatte das Zimmer in der 7 Etage, der Lift ging von Samstag an bis Montag nicht und das finde ich echt sehr schwach, für solche Fälle gibt es doch Pikettdienst, kostet zwar etwas mehr aber sorry, es kann doch nicht sein, dass ein Lift drei Tage nicht geht, und wer weiss, vielleicht geht er auch heute noch nicht....

Appartment formal ok.

Cons:

Das Appartment roch stark nach etwas dass mit einem anderen Geruch übersprüht wurde. Der Matrazentopper war mit der Unterseite nach oben montiert, sa dass man auf den Noppen geschlafen hat, die das verrutschen des Toppen verhindern sollen. Über die Gründe könnte ich hier nur spekulieren, ich hab lieber nicht nachgesehen. Über der Rauchmelder hatte der Vormieter eine Socke montiert. Das hat der Reinigungsservice wohl übersehen, ich aber nicht.
