Excellent overall from the reception team, cleaning and friendly staff overall

I like that the property was in a good location very central

The staff were very friendly, nice and helpful

The breakfast was outstanding each day with different food

The cleaning was very good

The guy that hand the towels at the swimming was very friendly

Everything was good overall, excellent cleaning staff we came from London

I will come back in March with my family 10 people because I like it

The hotel is very flexible towards loyal customers. My family has been booking this hotel multiple times a year for the past 9 years. The sales manager (both previous and current) truly cares about loyal customers. I want to thank all the staff who are respectful, helpful, supportive, and kind towards loyal customers.

Cons:

On the fifth floor, there was always a cigarette smoke smell that was very annoying. The housekeeping on the fifth floor was not satisfactory in the beginning but it became better at the end. However, everything on the third floor was different. The housekeeping was premium and there was not any cigarette smoke.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and can highly recommend it! From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere, hospitality, and attention to detail made my stay truly enjoyable.

They were incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile.
