Excellent value for money stay
Pros:

Great location, huge rooms, staff are friendly and warm, property is still in a good shape.

Cons:

Slow check in and out. Needs to shorten the time and process. Pillows aren’t comfortable for me, there were 2 provided however both were too soft for me.

Almost perfect experience except for the checkout experience
Pros:

My experience with the hotel was spectacular from the get-go. From parking and check-in, to the cosy room and delicious breakfast buffet, everything was to my liking.

You can tell the staff are well trained - all are very warm and polite. I like that they have a spin & play room, where you can play a game or two while waiting for your clothes to finish the wash and dry cycle.

Location wise, the hotel is just a 3-min walk to TRX, through the TRX park. It felt safe even at night. There's a 7-Eleven just around the corner so it's very convenient if you need to get some stuff even after hours.

Other than the usual Malay, Chinese, and Indian representation of food at the breakfast buffet, they also have Middle Eastern dishes like hummus. I enjoyed their French toast as well.

Cons:

My booking info on booking.com states that the checkout time is at 12.30pm. However, at 12.10 the receptionist was already calling to check if I was checking out, as if I was already late. Please don't do this to other guests, it's like you're chasing us out.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind schön hell eingerichtet und gemütlich. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist toll, wir haben ihn täglich aufgesucht. Das Personal ist sehr nett und immer behilflich. Am Abreisetag durften wir nachmittags nochmal den Pool benutzen, obwohl wir schon ausgecheckt hatten, vielen Dank!
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab viele verschiedene Gerichte, insbesondere zu Haja Raya.

Cons:

Die Lage ist mitten in Bukit Bintang, es gibt viele große Straßen drumherum und nichts Grünes. Das ist aber logisch, wenn man in eine Großstadt kommt!
