Pros:

Die Zimmer sind schön hell eingerichtet und gemütlich. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist toll, wir haben ihn täglich aufgesucht. Das Personal ist sehr nett und immer behilflich. Am Abreisetag durften wir nachmittags nochmal den Pool benutzen, obwohl wir schon ausgecheckt hatten, vielen Dank!
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab viele verschiedene Gerichte, insbesondere zu Haja Raya.

Cons:

Die Lage ist mitten in Bukit Bintang, es gibt viele große Straßen drumherum und nichts Grünes. Das ist aber logisch, wenn man in eine Großstadt kommt!

Amazing views from the pool, great location for Bukit Bintang
Pros:

Location, roof top pool, size of room and amenities. The iron didn’t work and they were very prompt and replaced it immediately.

Cons:

A little impersonal, especially on check in- no one explained where anything was or what was available or even how to use the lifts which required a card control.
