Geweldig verblijf!
Pros:

Geweldig hotel. Allereerst super vriendelijk personeel, niets is teveel gevraagdl. Het hotel is super gunstig gelegen. Ontbijt buitengewoon goed. We boekte een premium studio waardoor we oa van 18u-20u gratis cocktails konden drinken en hapjes konden eten op de bovenste etage (met geweldig uitzicht). Dit hadden we niet door toen we de kamer boekte en was dus een complete en hele fijne verrassing. Al met al een van de beste hotels waar we ooit verbleven

Cons:

De airco maakte ook op de laagste stand best veel geluid. Maar niet heel hinderlijk.

To sum up my stay actually have been wonderfu because of the concierge staff who always never fails to greet and smile t
Pros:

I really love the property due to its strategic location which is nearby to all the malls that i wanted to visit specifically trx, pavilion and berjaya time square. 10/10 for location.

Cons:

One of the thing that i don’t like is the housekeeping staff did not clean the room for the longest hour. We get the room clean in the evening after a complaint was made. I really hope they will improve on this.

A great hotel for a stopover
Pros:

Very well located close to restaurants and within walking distance of the Jalan Alor nightly food market which I would highly recommend. Spacious room and great views from the rooftop swimming pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy to get a Grab taxi in the vicinity.

Cons:

Nothing. All good.
