Fantastische keuze voor een verblijf in KL
Pros:

De premier lounge is fantastisch! Het is heerlijk vertoeven aan het rooftop zwembad.

Fijn verbleef met wat geur en kluisproblemen, leuk restaurant met aardig personeel.
Pros:

Locatie, fitness en eigen wasvoorzieningen

Cons:

Geur in badkamer, ging maar niet weg. Onze kamer bleef naar de afvoer ruiken. Er werd wel goed schoongemaakt. Kluis deed het op beide kamers niet, één werd gemaakt, de ander is nooit vervangen.

La struttura è molto bella è pulita in una posizione strategica appena dietro il Pavilion, nei dintorni c’è anche il night market che si raggiunge in un attimo a piedi, la colazione è ottima e anche varia, la vista della stanza è stupenda, la piscina bellissima, la palestra funzionale, e anche il servizio di lavatrice e asciugatrice a pagamento è comodo! La camera inoltre è molto grande e lo staff è gentilissimo

Decent Stay
Pros:

Large room, comfortable bed, very clean. There was a water filter in the room, which was convenient. We were only there one day so we didn't get to experience many of the other amenities. Decent stay.

Cons:

When we arrived, there were multiple other people trying to check in but only one person working the desk, although it seemed like at least two other employees were roaming around just not helping.
TV isn't smart so you can only cast to it with Android not Iphone.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr saubere Zimmer, in ca. 20-25 min. Fußweg erreicht man die Petronas-Türme, dazwischen liegen etliche Malls, Restaurants und Cafés. Die Essmeile Jalan Alor ist nur 10 min. entfernt. Trotz der guten Lage sehr ruhig. Frühstück ist gut, Auswahl ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Schöner Pool. Empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Standardzimmer sind etwas klein für 2 Leute mit größeren Koffern.

Pros:

Leider war dies die schlechteste Unterkunft unserer vierwöchigen Reise durch Südostasien.

Besonders enttäuschend fanden wir, dass das Hotel nicht besonders kinderfreundlich ist. Bei Booking war ausdrücklich angegeben, dass unser Kind kostenlos mit uns im Zimmer übernachten kann und alle Kosten im Zimmerpreis enthalten sind. Vor Ort sollten wir dann jedoch zusätzlich für das Frühstück unseres Kindes bezahlen. Bis das schließlich geklärt war, musste ich mit insgesamt vier verschiedenen Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption sprechen und zusätzlich sowohl das Hotel als auch Booking per E-Mail kontaktieren. Das war unnötig zeitaufwendig und ärgerlich.

Das Frühstück bietet zwar eine große und reichhaltige Auswahl, geschmacklich fanden wir es allerdings eher enttäuschend.

Insgesamt hatten wir während unserer vier Wochen in Südostasien viele verschiedene Unterkünfte – diese war leider mit Abstand die schlechteste Erfahrung.

Good accommodation for the price, close to high end shopping malls and walkable to Jalan Alor food street.
