Great location in the Bukit Bintang area and plan to stay here again.
Pros:

We had three wonderful days at the Capri by Fraser, Jalan Bukit Bintang. The decor, room facilities, location for eateries were excellent. Had a spectacular view from 23rd floor room.

The service staff at the concierge was outstanding, especially from Azrul who helped us set up the Grab app.

Cons:

No major issues.

Excellent value for money stay
Pros:

Great location, huge rooms, staff are friendly and warm, property is still in a good shape.

Cons:

Slow check in and out. Needs to shorten the time and process. Pillows aren’t comfortable for me, there were 2 provided however both were too soft for me.
