Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. Our suite was wonderfully renovated that was clean and a perfect blend of modern and rustic giving a warm inviting feel with the blend of minimalist style. The room is a short walk from the main restaurant and an even shorter walk to the breathtaking bay and a slower gentler Italian island life. Rent a bike and easily explore both islands.

Location perfetta, posizione meravigliosa e camere davvero accoglienti con vista sul mare.
La colazione era abbondante e molto variegata.
Mi sono davvero rilassato.

Cons:

Il passaggio dalla reception alla stanza era allo scoperto e al mattino ha piovuto, quindi un po' scomodo arrivare in camera o in sala colazioni con tutte le scarpe bagnate.

Eine tolle, sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!
Pros:

Die Lage ist grossartig! Wir konnten den Sonnenuntergang vom Bett aus geniessen! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das leckere Frühstück haben wir immer auf der Terrasse genossen.

E' stato brevissimo una sola notte ma ci ritornerei subito.
Pros:

La colazione ottima, ho richiesto pane e sostitutivi senza glutine e li ho avuti. La posizione dell'hotel è strepitosa vista mare (si sente lo sciabordio delle onde se finestra aperta), vetri doppi e quindi insonorizzati (io ho il sonno leggero e non ho sentito nulla). Struttura vicinissima alla passeggiata e alla spiaggia (si arriva tramite una scalinata). Top anche il garage vicino alla struttura (a pagamento ma comodissimo e di recente costruzione). Gentilissime le persone dello staff dalla reception alle cameriere etc. La vista della camera è impagabile. Il materasso comodissimo. Ottima la pulizia.

Hotel mit einigen wenigen tollen, aber nicht gerade preiswerten Zimmern und inkompetentem Personal.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, gilt aber nur für vier Zimmer. Die übrigen Zimmer sind sehr eng und der eigentlich tolle Ausblick ergibt sich nur stehend von wenigen Positionen.

Cons:

Gegen Gebühr wird Gepäck vom nächstmöglichen Kurzparkplatz in Hotelzimmer gebracht und Auto in Tiefgarage parkiert. Bei Abreise steht dieser Dienst nicht zur Verfügung und man muss das Gepäck selber mehrere Treppen hoch und dann durch die halbe Stadt zur Tiegarage schleppen.
Das Personal v.a. Rezeptionistin wechselt sofort zu Englisch, wenn man Italienisch radebrecht, versteht dann aber nur die Hälfte und gibt unklare Auskünfte.

Luxuriöses Hotel an Traumlage mit hilfsbereitem Personal
Pros:

Sehr zugewandtes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Frühstücksraum mit grossen Fenster und genialem Meerblick. Wir wurden ausgesprochen freundlich bedient und mit allen möglichen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Unser Zimmer war gross mit einer traumhaften Terrasse mit Meerblick, die zum ausgedehnten Verweilen einlädt. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Cons:

Camogli ist ein kleiner Ort, wo die Zufahrt mit dem Auto kompliziert ist. Die Zufahrtsweg ist abhängig von der Ankuftszeit. Die Parkmöglichkeit in der nahegelegenen Einstellhalle kostet 40 Euro pro Nacht. Das Hotel hat keinen Privatstrand, jedoch befindet sich der kleine öffentliche Strand unmittelbar vor dem Hotel.

Einmal aber nie wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage war super der Rest war nicht dem Preis entsprechend.

Cons:

Zimmer war nicht sauber und der Wasserhahn des Lavabo war defekt. Sie waren in 5 Tagen nicht in der Lage diesen zu reparieren. Die Hotelküche war am Abend immer geschlossen und 1X sogar auch am Morgen. Das ganze Hotel machte einen ungepflegten Eindrück auch im Aussenbereich. Das Zimmer war zwar gross aber es wirkte sehr kalt (kein einziges Bild an der Wand).
