A Perfect Last-Minute Stay After a Long Day
Pros:

I live in San Francisco and work in Mountain View, and on this particular evening I finished work very late and felt too tired to drive home. I made a last-minute reservation online, which was quick and easy, and I was warmly greeted as soon as I arrived.
The area felt safe and clean, which immediately put me at ease. I was pleasantly surprised when the parking fee was waived and I was even offered a drink before heading up to my room—such a thoughtful touch.
When I entered the room, it had a fresh, clean scent and was very comfortable. I especially appreciated the robes, since I hadn’t planned on staying overnight. The room was quiet, and the temperature was perfectly controlled, allowing me to get a great night’s sleep.
In the morning, I enjoyed a nice breakfast downstairs before heading back to work. I’d like to thank the staff for doing such an excellent job making guests feel comfortable and cared for while still respecting their space.
Overall, this is a very nice hotel where you can truly feel safe and relaxed. I also appreciated the added security feature of needing a key to operate the elevators. I would definitely stay here again.

Poor Management and Customer service experience.
Pros:

Very rude restaurant management at this hotel. Horrible experience this past weekend. Irrational and accusatory without any hospitality management IQ. Will never stay here again. If you have a family or traveling with group don’t stay at this hotel. They expect you to eat their same “mediocre” food everyday or will have at you if you try ordering out. Sad part is it’s a beautiful property but the restaurant manager made our stay wuite the uncomfortable experience overall.

Extraordinary place with exceptional staff! What a great spot that impressed me from the moment I walked in!
Pros:

This place is so great! It’s beautiful inside and out plus has staff at every turn that is really exceptional. We had a room next to us with entitled people who believed the hallway was a playground for their kids - like all evening playing games in the hallway. I called to the front desk and they not only immediately addressed it but moved us to another room way away from them and gave us free breakfast. It was above and beyond. Also so beautiful. And clean. Fabulous food as well! Will definitely come back!

Bad front desk service

Cons:

The front desk customer service was surprisingly poor. Staff came across as indifferent and unhelpful, with little effort to assist or even acknowledge issues. It honestly felt like they just didn’t care.

I stayed here for a week on business. Much worse than other hotels in the area.

Just terrible service, the front desk person Reesa straight up said she didn't care.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable facilities
Pros:

Facilities are great and well kept, gym is wonderful, location is close to Mountain View downtown, staff is great and the restaurant (Roger) is awesome!

Cons:

Had to rebook one more night but the price had tripled. Wish they had honored what I had paid per night (from $240 to $560 a night, it’s kinda scandalous)
