Bad front desk service

Cons:

The front desk customer service was surprisingly poor. Staff came across as indifferent and unhelpful, with little effort to assist or even acknowledge issues. It honestly felt like they just didn’t care.

I stayed here for a week on business. Much worse than other hotels in the area.

Just terrible service, the front desk person Reesa straight up said she didn't care.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable facilities
Pros:

Facilities are great and well kept, gym is wonderful, location is close to Mountain View downtown, staff is great and the restaurant (Roger) is awesome!

Cons:

Had to rebook one more night but the price had tripled. Wish they had honored what I had paid per night (from $240 to $560 a night, it’s kinda scandalous)
