Secure parking good blackout curtains

Cons:

Very noisy both nights we could not sleep. From around 7pm to midnight neighbors were yelling running and banging. Walls are so thin I could hear full conversations or bathroom use. Upsold to room with view. Room view was of freeway, dumpsters and highway trash, no view of the research center. No microwave in room and fridge is extremely small. AC would not drop below 68 degrees and we sweated all night. Don’t think room temp at wall control was accurate.

Enjoyable, relaxing and fun! If in ghecc be area, I would stay again.
Pros:

Liked the multiple seating & lounge areas, by the fireplace, inside and outside had lovely inviting spaces to seat and relax.

Cons:

No room service! Having the option is a always a bonus.

Beautiful facilities welcoming everyone to be themselves and want to come again.
Pros:

Clean, eclectic style, suited everyone, nice restaurant for dining so close, felt safe, comfortable.

Cons:

The only complaint was the wait staff at the restaurant was not very attentive. Maybe it’s because they are trying to decide what their part is based off of the robot delivering food? Although the technology of the robot is cool, people and their interactions are what makes people feel taken care of and comfortable.
