Hôtel confortable au cœur de la vie New-Yorkaise
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel très agréable (gros plus pour la femme de ménage du 6eme étage qui est ADORABLE), chambre spacieuse ! Bouteilles d’eau + café / thé remis tous les jours

Cons:

Au niveau RSE : dommage de changer les serviettes tous les jours (alors qu’elles sont bien accrochées), changement de savon tous les jours (alors qu’il n’est presque pas utilisé)
Proposer un petit-dej ou au moins quelque chose à manger (un muffin ou autre, même si payant !)

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Her yere yürüyerek ulaştık. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Tekrar gelirsek bu tesisi tercih edebiliriz.

Perfektes Hotel, tolle Lage und Ausstattung und sehr sauber mit sehr gutem Service. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr gute Lage, 5 min zur Metro und Grand Central, sehr sauber, sehr guter Service, perfekte Zimmerausstattung inkl. Bügeleisen, Regenschirm, Föhn, Kühlschrank, Kaffee und Tee und tgl. stilles Wasser neu u.a.

Emplacement exceptionnel, très bruyant et qualité de service client à travailler en profondeur

l'emplacement est exceptionnel

Cons:

le personnel est particulièrement désagréable, ne se soucie aucunement de la qualité de service. Ne sait que répondre non à toutes les requêtes.
Des bruits de construction toute la nuit sur le coté qui donne sur la 47th street sans avoir été prévenu. Impossible de dormir.

A comfortable place to stay right in the heart of the city.
Pros:

Nice big room, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, bottled water and coffee pods for the in-room machine. Nice staff, very cooperative with requests. Also great central location.

Cons:

There was some evidence of the prior guest having shaved in the bathroom sink, that must have been missed in the cleaning. However, everything else was clean and neat.

There is no food at the hotel. There is a need for a bar Or microwave or snack bar area.

Cons:

No microwave. Also seeking to extend stay. It's an inconvenience that you have to rebook online. Quite inconvenient.

Beyond our expectations.
Pros:

Staff was remarkably friendly- and I mean all staff, especially Elvis. The rooms were spacious, modem, and exceptionally clean. I’d definitely go back. Also they were sweet enough to leave a bottle of wine, card, and chocolates in my room as a birthday gift; what a lovely surprise
