Un très bon hôtel autant pour le tourisme que pour le business.
Pros:

La situation est idéale et l’hôtel très confortable. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La chambre était propre. La machine à café dans la chambre est appréciable. La salle de bain avec la grande douche à l’italienne est très agréable. La vue depuis les étages élevés est belle. Le personnel est très conciliant notamment les femmes de chambre qui s’adaptent à votre timing.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hat uns immer weitergeholfen.
Die Lage ist spitzenmäßig. Man hatte nur 5 Min. zum Rockerfellercenter und von dort aus konnte man mit der Ubahn überall hinfahren.

Perfekter Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Service, großem komfortablem Zimmer und traumhafter Lage
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war von Anfang an einfach perfekt. Bereits an der Rezeption wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen, und das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Ein besonderes Lob geht an das Zimmermädchen Olga – sie war immer sofort zur Stelle und hat sich um all unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Der Service war wirklich außergewöhnlich: Wasser und andere Bestellungen konnten jederzeit aufgegeben werden und wurden direkt aufs Zimmer gebracht.

Das Zimmer war groß, das Bett sehr bequem und die Aussicht am Abend war besonders schön – vor allem die beleuchteten Gebäude haben eine tolle Atmosphäre geschaffen.

Die Zimmerreinigung fand täglich statt, und die Handtücher wurden jeden Tag frisch gewechselt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.

Auch die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, besser geht es wirklich nicht.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Muy muy buena estadia, no nos queriamos ir.
Pros:

El staff fue exelente, el cuarto y vista muy lindo, ubicacion excelente, no incluia desayuno.

Cons:

No se podia entrar al lounge de los propietarios y pasaba encendido sin nadie alli. El elevador un poco lento y costaba que aceptara la tarjeta.

Great days - great trip!
Pros:

Location was really great

Cons:

Contacting the hotel and getting response to inquiries is not their szrong point. Even a simple room setup wasn’t done, despite us requesting it twice. Apart from that we were satisfied w everything else.
