Amazing location .
Room was big in size with a wide window (no view though)
The room's restroom had a " ToTo toilets " which is a washlet kind 😇 highly appreciated 👏🏼

Cons:

Staff was not friendly and not very helpful.

They keep a disk in the loby for concierge but no one there to ask or to make reservations .

Peu de service dont notamment pas de room service, pas de petit déjeuner possible dans l'hotel en dehors d'une machine à café dans la chambre (très mal indiqué sur le site)

I should have chosen a different hotel to celebrate my 28th anniversary with my wife.
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

TV did not work. The elevator was very slow to respond to our floor. The light to the bathroom only worked when the light in room was on, so all night time trips to the bathroom were in the dark. Plumbing work in the adjacent room at 8am on Sunday morning woke us up and was a terrible racket. Sewage backed up into our sink. All things considered it was very disappointing. Also, the check-in staff’s grasp of English was a struggle.

Loved our stay!
Pros:

We loved this hotel. Great location, super helpful staff. We loved that our room was ready early and that we were able to get a late check out. Located 1 block from Grand Central and 2 blocks from Rockefeller Center and the Rockefeller Subway station. Plenty food options around. Our view was of 48th Street, which was pretty cool.

Room was surprisingly big for NYC. Plenty of storage. Loved the luggage storage for carry on luggage under the bed. The black out curtains were nice. TV was huge. Bed was pretty comfy. Shower was huge with 2 different shower heads. Loved the fridge for leftovers and drinks.

Would absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing. However, the lights were odd - 2 different sets and it was confusing to figure out how to get them to work. Not an issue at all, just odd.
