スタイリッシュな内装に、エレガントなスタッフ。ホテルの部屋も新しく掃除も行き届いており、どこでもいい香りがしました。ホテル内での朝食や夕食をいただきましたが、どれも素晴らしいクオリティでした。チェックインからチェックアウトまでストレスのない素晴らしい体験で、ローマでの宿泊をここに決めてよかったと心から思いました。父がホテルのアメニティのハンドソープが気に入ったということで、空港の免税店で買おうとしましたが、ホテルと同じものは置いていないと言われ、ネットでも探しましたが、見つけることができませんでした。ホテルで購入できるか聞いておけばよかったです。

Cons:

繁華街のど真ん中ということもあり、非常に便利な立地ではあるが、夜11時頃までホテルの前でカップの賭け事をしている店があり、窓を閉めていてもかなり声が聞こえるので、早く寝ようとしている人にはお勧めできません。夜外で飲み歩いたりする人には文句なしのホテルです！

Przyjemny pobyt w sercu Rzymu
Pros:

Idealna lokalizacja w samym centrum Rzymu. Restauracja hotelowa z najlepszą Carbonara w mieście. Bardzo dokładnie sprzątany pokój.

Cons:

Obsługa mogłaby by bardziej uważna. Mieliśmy problem z zamówieniem transportu do restauracji, dzień wcześniej obsługa zapewniła że nie będzie żadnego problemu i wystarczy zejść 15 min wcześniej do recepcji i zamówić jednak tak nie było. Ostatecznie udało się zorganizować transport z hotelu po ponad godzinie czekania. Dodam że rezerwacja była w restauracji z 3 gwiazdkami Michelin w dniu urodzin żony.
Gdyby nie ten incydent który uważam za nie dopuszczalny w hotelu tej kategorii dałabym ocenę 10

Один из лучших бутик-отелей в Европе, в которых останавливались.
Расположение идеальное. Ко всем достопримечательностям пешая доступность.
При раннем заселении предложили позавтракать, подготовили номер и заселили совершенно бесплатно.
Сам номер уютный, много деталей, новый. Постельное, полотенца белоснежные, матрац очень комфортный.
Завтраки по меню, очень достойные.
Мы обязательно будем рекомендовать друзьям отель.

Cons:

Окна выходили на оживленную улицу, ночью шумно.
Было бы сильно тише во двор.
Такие номера в отеле есть.
Но мы стали менять.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

Very comfortable, large room. Bathroom was also a good size. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our meal in the hotel restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was also very good.
Location right near the Trevi fountain was excellent. Would happily stay again.

Words cannot describe what a magical refuge Maalot Roma was and what a perfect home base it was for our Rome adventure. In the midst of a bustling tourism area, a short distance from the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps, the boutique hotel is like an oasis. The elegant decor and furnishings, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service make this hotel such a gem. You feel like you’re being cared for my family friends! Breakfast is a special experience and great way to start the day. Rather than a buffet, every item on the menu, and as many as you choose, is available to you and prepared fresh. The rooms are also stocked with complimentary delicious snacks and beverages. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Cons:

I liked absolutely everything about this property! The only thing that could be improved is for the air conditioning to be slightly cooler. We were still quite comfortable. The air conditioning is so needed during the summer heat.

Très bon hôtel au centre de Rome.
Pros:

Très bonne expérience globale : les chambres sont belles, confortables et propres, la literie est bonne, le petit déjeuner est bon (on peut le prendre dehors ou dedans), le personnel est efficace et sympathique. L'hôtel est au centre de Rome ce qui permet de faire beaucoup de chose à pied. Il y a à peu près tout ce qu'on attend d'un hôtel à ce prix-là. En plus, nous avons été surclassés pour notre voyage de noces ce qui a été une attention très appréciée.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif : l'hôtel est dans une des rues piétonnes les plus passantes de Rome et il y a BEAUCOUP de monde dès le matin et le soir. Notre chambre, qui donnait sur la rue, était assez bruyante malgré une bonne insonorisation : ça ne nous empêchait pas du tout de dormir, sinon nous aurions demandé à changer, mais ce n'était pas objectivement la chambre la plus calme (impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes). Demandez peut-être une chambre à un étage plus élevé (nous étions au 2e sur 4

A Gem In the Heart of Rome
