Best hotel experience in italy. They truly catered to provide an exceptional experience for guests. They gave is excellent restaurants recommendations in the area. excellent location for shopping. Don pasquale restaurant inside hotel has a limited menu but all food options were amazing, especially tha pasta amatriciama amd carbonara.

Absolutely amazing! Would recommend to everyone coming to Rome! They are the best. For sure a five star hotel with amazing service. The staff took great care of us. They even transferred our luggage to a sister hotel and booked it for us when we decide to stay in Rome longer and they were sold out. The best!

Staying at Hotel Maalot was a special experience. The staff could not do enough for us, from the lovely breakfast to the turndown service in the evening. The location is perfect and central to all the major sites. Having the Trevi Fountain nearby was wonderful but obviously that makes the area very busy.

If we go back to Rome we would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Maalot exceeded every expectation! Perfectly located in the heart of Rome, everything was just a short walk away. The staff was flawless—warm, professional, and truly dedicated to making our stay perfect. Our room was gorgeous, with a chic boutique style and the most comfortable bedding and pillows I’ve ever experienced. The interior design was inspiring, and the food was exceptional from start to finish. I’ve already recommended it to friends, and I can’t wait to return. An unforgettable stay!

This hotel is pure luxury with ousting and super friendly stuff. We were well taken care of, we were helped when we needed to and everyone always had a big smile on their faces.
We only ate breakfast in the hotel but selection was good and service even better. Bed was very comfortable and I really loved the pillows and the quality of the bedding. You will get all five star hotel treatment if you stay there. We booked the suite so we had a space for our 17 year old son. He stayed in the living room area and had privacy. Suite had only one bathroom in the bedroom but the bathroom was big.
This hotel is quite expensive but the quality of stuff justifies the price. If you want to spoil yourself this is the way to go!
Location is perfect! Walkable to all famous sites.
During summer months Rome is extremely busy so consider visiting another time if possible.

An enchanting, stylish haven set within a busy and central part of the city. The property feels both established and new in the best of ways: everything is immaculate, the furnishings are in perfect condition, yet the staff operates as a well oiled machine.

We arrived from an early morning flight and Stefania graciously welcomed us and promptly sat us down for a relaxing breakfast -- just what we needed. Our room was perfectly attended to, we loved the complimentary in-room treats that were refreshed daily and the candy cart was a delicious and fun part of our stay.

We traveled as a family of three and the junior suite was perfect for us. Our family looks forward to returning!

This hotel was exceptional. If I return to Rome I will definitely be returning here. The decor of the hotel is 5 stars. The gym is amazing with high-end equipment. The customer service goes well above expectations. Ivan was amazing, as well as the entire staff.

The only negative is while the location is ideal during the day (literally steps from trevi fountain), it’s loud at night. If I was to return I would ask for a quiet room off the Main Street. This is outside of the hotels control and should not stop you from coming.

Our family picked this as hotel as the BEST during our 10 day Europe trip. From the moment we arrived, Ivan greeted us and gave us concierge treatment the entire stay. He coordinated our guided tours, gave us a great list of restaurants to visit and booked appointments for us. The other members of the staff were equally as helpful, from the expert bartender, to the gracious host in the hotel restaurant. The hotel was in a perfect location, close to all the main attractions in Rome. The rooms were amazing, and the housekeeping was impeccable. This hotel thinks of everything to make your stay in Rome fantastic, and goes above and beyond expectations. We will recommend them to all of our friends that go to Rome.
