The hotel is very clean and the location is perfect . The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very professional and very kind. Abel the breakfast Chef was very professional and cooked us an excellent breakfast. Abel is very passionate about his job and his cooking skills are excellent. He takes pride in his work and it shows . He keep his kitchen and work area spotless .
We will come back to your beautiful hotel and will recommend it to all our friends and families. The EV on site chargers stations are excellents.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, well decorated, spacious, and comfortable. The lobby has food available for purchase 24 hours, which was a wonderful thing to have access to. Would stay again.

The rooms were nice and spacious. The breakfast had a good variety and the cook that made the breakfast while you waited, was fantastic.

I loved this hotel. It was very clean and the rooms were spacious, which made the stay really comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent—healthy, balanced, and with thoughtfully selected options. You can tell they put care into the details.

I stayed here as part of the business trip. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and capable even in a very crazy situation that happened when we were there.
They were very accommodating to delayed travel and adjusting my stay.
Small issues were shower only being lukewarm the first day but then fine the rest of the stay, the hair dryer being slow and the refrigerator also woke me up running in the middle of the night. Otherwise an amazing stay and would highly recommend.

The trip was fantastic and hassle free and the staff were incredibly friendly, warma and inviting. I felt extremely well cared for and they went above and beyond for me during my stay I'm excited to stay with them again the future!

I'd stayed here before and knew it was great, but coming back after several stays in less strong hotels reminded me just how good this one was. Beds were comfortable. Plugs and charger connections worked. Wifi was a decent speed. Full size and fully operational fridge. Great features on the shower. Love the separate faucet for drinking water. A short walk to to the beach and to some great restaurants. Could go on and on.

I stayed at the Element Hotel Jacksonville Beach, FL at the end of October and the experience was unforgettable. The staff- in particular- Corey and Daphney- made me feel welcome throughout my stay. They were superb and attentive.

The rooms are beautifully designed. The Element combines comfort, and class effortlessly. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the linen was excellent quality.

This hotel has a mix of luxury and comfort that is hard to find. They provide a free healthy breakfast for the foodies, loan bicycles out for the fitness enthusiast (as well as offer a gym and pool) and have happy hour for those who love to celebrate life.

I find this to be the perfect location. It’s a block away from the beach and about a 10 minute drive to the Mayo Clinic.

It’s located in a safe location while about a 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic. I was staying here for medical care however I think it’s a great fit for anyone. I stay here every time I go to Mayo Clinic and highly recommend The Element.
