對冷氣的處理態度很不滿意；這也算是服務失衡。之後不會選擇這間無人飯店。
Pros:

飯店位置不錯！搭計程車方便。

Cons:

住了7晚，完全沒冷氣！睡覺還拿扇子扇、很悶熱，開到最低還是非常熱！飯店人員請維修人員來處理還說是正常，說扯要開23到25度才會啓動（那乾嘛有23度以下的溫控）大大小小汗流浹背…..很扯很不舒服；感覺擺明就是不處理。
換到別間住宿才知道被這間飯店員工騙了。
規定不給寄放行李，有看到其他房客說可以放櫃檯後面。

位置佳，住宿體驗不佳。

離捷運站近

Cons:

冷氣不冷，冷氣灰塵太多。會容易過敏！
垃圾袋只給一個，對於連續住5-6晚旅客照成不便

一開始住五人房有冷氣機問題，後反映處理換房後解決，反映問題態度良好。一小時內解決。

房間味道很重，地毯很髒，冷氣灰塵很厚，地點離車站很近

地點離車站很近，有洗衣機

Cons:

遇到熱水器故障問題，雖然最後透過視訊電話修復，但是以花費一個小時以上在搞清楚問題及維修。連住四天都沒法換任何床單浴巾，需自己清洗，還好沒住14天

Pros:

地點方便，附近也有許多餐廳跟超商，附近也有一間24小時超市，不用怕沒東西可以吃，房間很大，有洗衣機跟廚房，住起來就跟住在家裡的感覺一樣
