Pros:

Location was good and central.

Cons:

Staff were fine, gym was very poor. Lighting was poor in the room. Ran out of toilet paper and none replaced on day 2, had to request this twice. Towel holder fell on the floor. Definitely not a 5 star compared to other 5 stars we've stayed in

Pros:

Centrale ligging tov de stad en toch rustig. Prachtige comfortabele spa faciliteiten. Super vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. Zeer verzorgd en uitgebreid ontbijt. Luxe kamers met dito badkamer. Heerlijke bedden. Fijne ambiance. Leuk dat het een uniek hotel is.

Location & look & reception staff

Cons:

- Pervasive cannabis (caused by personnel?) smell on first floor
- even after several minutes of letting the water run, still no hot shower possible in the morning
- getting knock on door at 22:45 (after going to bed) for a delivery of water bottles which were requested several hours earlier, hotel staff should never make guests get out of their sleep/bed for such things
- swimming pool not accesible due to flooding issues

كان كل شي رائع حتى عمل تسجيل مغادرة وعند وصولي الى امستردام اكتشفت ان علاجي نسيته في الفندق حاولت اتصل بهم ولكن بدون رد واستعنت في بوكنج وحاولوا ولم نستطع التواصل وبعد اكثر من 24 ساعة تجاوبو بكل برود وقالوا سوف نبحث ونبلغكم وعند الغروب من يوم الجمعة قالوا ادفع مبلغ 58 يوروا ودفعتها وافهمتهم اني في الانتظار حتى ظهر 25/1/2026 ولكن مع الاسف اتواصل مع شركة الشحن يقول نعم يوجد رقم تتبع والمبلغ مدفوع لكن الشحنة لم نستلمها من الفندق حاولت صرف العلاج من صيدلية ورفضو حاولت احجز موعد عند دكتور مافيه الا يوم الاثنين علاج للقلب والضغط والسكر والدهون والزلال كارثة لايعرفون الانسانية ختم هذا الفندق رحلتي في بروكسل بذكريات سيئة لن انساها

Cons:

Een half uur rondgereden zonder aan het hotel te geraken. Het hotel mocht op zijn minst laten weten hebben hoe we aan het hotel konden geraken.
De kamer viel tegen van grootte.
De valetdienst zou voor deze prijs inbegrepen moeten zijn. Niemand spreekt Nederlands????
