Pros:

I had a lovely stay at Ramada Wyndham Gangtok. The room service was prompt and efficient, making the overall experience very comfortable.
A special mention to Gautam and Srishtina for their warm hospitality—they were extremely helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile.
The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which added to the pleasant stay. Overall, a great experience with good service and attentive staff. Would definitely recommend!

I'll be sure to avoid this hotel in the future. Not a great experience.
Pros:

Honestly, I'm not loving the hotel. I chose it mainly for the Ramada brand name, but it's not really working out for me.

Cons:

The hotel's protocols are overly complicated and not guest-friendly. They even refused documents from their own government's tourism office, which put us in an awkward spot.

Nothing at all

Cons:

poor food qality. Poor linen, Noisy rooms with dogs barking. Congested area. The drive in is not even wide enough for opeing the car door ! Mountain view room is rubbish. You only see dirty roofs of other buildings

We would and will definitely come back to stay at the Ramada in Gantok.
