I'll be sure to avoid this hotel in the future. Not a great experience.
Pros:

Honestly, I'm not loving the hotel. I chose it mainly for the Ramada brand name, but it's not really working out for me.

Cons:

The hotel's protocols are overly complicated and not guest-friendly. They even refused documents from their own government's tourism office, which put us in an awkward spot.

Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

poor food qality. Poor linen, Noisy rooms with dogs barking. Congested area. The drive in is not even wide enough for opeing the car door ! Mountain view room is rubbish. You only see dirty roofs of other buildings

Pros:

Entries staffs was very friendly and beautiful thing is that they have always smile on there face. Overall experience was fantastic. I will recommend to my friends and relatives to stay in ramada gantok.

We would and will definitely come back to stay at the Ramada in Gantok.

The hotel is conveniently situated, only 3 min taxi to MG road.
Pros:

Great location, comprehensive breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. There’s also a Casino onsite and a roof top pool.

Cons:

It gets cold at night and there is no heating in the rooms.
