I booked for a night, but I didn’t get a chance to sleep in because the sealing were leaking

Should not have checked in. Time them for ever to figure the room deposit. Then the key would not work had to wait longer to have them let me in. If they let me in how do I leave and come back. The non smoking room was a smoking room bugs everywhere. Cigarettes ever were no sheet on the bed. I just left. No way am I staying here.

I did not even stay at the property the hotel and the booking site would not reimburse me for leaving the hotel. Going up the stairs to the second floor broke concrete stair. First room had a two inch gap at the top of the door second room was in a bldg I walked into the bldg I literally gagged from the smell of urine and filth. I turned and left. What appeared to me drug addicts walking through parking lot. The hotel needs to be shut down and the health department and building commission should go survey it!

I pulled up to this dump, and quickly left the area. This was a joke! Do not stay at this place, and don't let the pictures on the web site fool ya... RUN!!!

Not at desk to check in and still got charged even though didn’t get to stay thank god we didn’t there was dog poop everywhere on the sidewalks people outside yelling and screaming!! Overall the property looked unsafe and unsanitary..

It was run down and the air-conditioner was broken. Staff not helpful. Bedding stained.

Customer service was a teenager who was very nice but he said he had to wait on his dad. We got gaven a key didn't fit none of the doors.i was there around hour walking around the motel and back to office.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is basically a shelter for homeless people. I booked a room for an overnight stay during my long travel. Firstly, there is no lobby for check-in, a small hidden check-in counter is there which looks like a cigarette shop as well. Once I got my room keys and went upstairs, half of the rooms had open doors, no electricity, broken furniture, and homeless drunk people were walking in the corridor ( probably looking to hide in these leftover open-door rooms).
Once I found my room, the moment I entered it smelled so bad that I immediately came out and went back to the check-in counter to cancel my booking immediately. The whole property looked unsafe as well.
It was a terrible choice.

The rooms were large, very comfortable and clean, the location is brilliant and the service from the front desk team was just super!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was large, comfortable and clean.

The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We would certainly stay there again next time.

Place was dirty, cockroach in bathtub, had to check right out as no way I could sleep in the dirty bed and be around all the dirt. Unfortunately, I ended up losing money as they kept one day still instead of fully refunding my money. I was not happy at all.
