Millsap Suites by Pioneer Pocket Hotel

The Buddy Holly Center is in walking distance as well as the Lubbock Brewery (I recommend both). The room was very nice and clean and provided for a convenient, comfortable stay.

Everything from parking to check-in was excellent! The room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable and clean. We were within walking distance from the arts district and there were numerous restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance as well. We loved our stay and will check here first when we’re coming to the area!

I stayed in #6, The Depot. This unit is on the end right by Broadway, a busy downtown street, and the three windows in the living area all open onto that street. I heard a lot of traffic noise, plus voices in the morning from the busy law office whose entrance is next door. No sleeping late in this unit. The TV offers no network channels, and there’s no way to get ice even though there’s an ice bucket. Overall I like staying in the Millsap Suites, but I will never book #6 again.

Beautiful room. Easy access. The fold out couch was the absolute worst. The queen size bed in the room was extremely higher at the foot verses the top. This is how we figured out the sofa bed was hideous. Everything else was wonderful.

Rooms are clean and just right for a weekend of Tech football! Walk across the street and eat at The West Table and then the next morning have a delicious latte and slice of frittata at Nashwell. Wonderful linens and towels.

A gem in the middle of downtown Lubbock. Convenient to TEXAS tech. Will stay there again.

Wonderful stay and very nicely appointed with great fluffy towels and very nice toiletries. My only suggestion is new sheets for the bed they were over washed and had pilled making them rough. I have rebooked already for our next weekend in Lubbock!

Very clean room. This place has everything you could possibly need;)
I forgot my toothpaste and it was there.
The tvs are huge with a thousand channels.
AC worked great. Parking and entry were very simple.

By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in in Lubbock. Check-in and parking are very easy, and the room perfectly clean with a great array of toiletries.

Wonderful, renovated suite with fine furnishings and finishes. The area is pretty noisy, but I was able to make a short-notice reservation. Would stay here again!

Here’s the good, bad and ugly. This place is cool- like a little apartment. Beautifully renovated, a great set up and amazing tall ceilings. We were WOWED when we walked in. AC was cold and things seemed awesome. Downside- the carpets were not clean, a few bugs in the bed, and the bathtub was completely clogged. The overall is that although the renovations are amazing, no manager on site creates a place that is not very cared for.
