We had an absolutely fantastic stay! Everything was simply perfect!
The property is beautiful, designed like a charming little village of villas, each containing spacious, cozy, and extremely comfortable apartments. The accommodation is equipped with everything you could possibly need, both in the bathroom and in the kitchen, with great attention to guests’ comfort and convenience.
There was also a washing machine in the apartment, which we found extremely useful and used during our stay. Although there was no tumble dryer, this wasn’t an issue at all, as there was plenty of space to hang our clothes and let them dry.
Another thing we really appreciated was the wide range of items available to borrow or rent at reception, including snorkeling masks, fins, and other beach accessories, as well as board games, pajamas, and extra towels if needed. Such a thoughtful and convenient service that makes the stay even more enjoyable!
The location is not exactly in the city center, but with a car, everything on the island is easily accessible within a short drive. We would definitely recommend renting a car to explore Miyakojima and fully enjoy everything this beautiful island has to offer.
Overall, an outstanding experience in every way! We truly loved our stay and would come back without hesitation.

인덕션이랑 전자렌지, 에어프라이어, 식기들이 있어 음식 조리해먹기도 편했습니다
맥스밸류, 돈키호테 가까워서 좋아요
히라아 시내랑 거리가 좀 있어서 술 한잔하고 오기엔 불편합니다

it includes washing machine and mini kitchen, make it home away from home for after beach visit and cook ourself some light meals from the supermarket/ farmer's market.
water at the bath tube can overflow out of the bathroom if not careful, so just need to be mindful when using.

Staff were helpful, good selection of hire items
Unfortunately the new decor seems to be a cover up of a lot of mould. We moved to 4 different rooms to find one that didn't stink of mould. It still had mould on the walls that had been covered with wallpaper. If they had dealt with the mould problem properly then the property would have been a great stay.

Camera con finestra ma senza balcone, e possibilità di stendere e asciugare le cose. Lontano da ogni servizio, senza macchina e impossibile muoversi. Purtroppo alla reception nessuno parlava inglese.....

床很好睡，沙發床不行（睡了腰痛◎），有瓦斯爐可以搞食物～每間房間都有洗衣機，要用淋浴間的空調晾曬衣服！車子停自家門口，最後一天可以預約接駁去機場超方便～走路有全家跟超市～

What I liked about the hotel was that the room was very spacious. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom with built-in dryer (the one mounted in the ceiling of a wet-room portion).
Room was clean, check-in/out was quick and effortless.
Nice touch was providing umbrellas in room (additional umbrellas were available in the reception).
Another pleasant surprise was that we got two sets of towels per person.
The room was on the second floor of the building, with no elevator and narrow staircase. If you can't carry big/heavy suitcase or use a wheelchair, make sure you inform the staff in advance.
Rooms and the corridors had moldy smell (which is probably expected in such climate, but definitely more could be done to get rid of it).
Not a minus per se, but car is a must.
