The location was on the mountain, you can hear the birds singing in the morning and sitting out in the balcony watching the mountains was a great experience

Cons:

The stay was comfortable and the staff were very polite , friendly and helpful.
They even guide us which places to visit to save time

Pros:

Excellent service and very clean rooms, better to rely on own transport as roads in Munnar are hilly. This location doesn’t have elevator for senior citizens it’s better to choose GF or 1st floor. Excellent service again will highly recommend and come back.

Staffs behavior is very good. Complementary breakfast is decent.

Cons:

Dinner ordered on is not good and full of oil. Taste also not good. Electric kettle is available but not working.

Room doesn't justify the rate charged.
Pros:

I booked the room at more than 7000 Rs rate to get lower floor room which does not have lift. The passage to room was not clean, have to go downstairs 3 floors. Bathroom was pathetic and there was no hot water. I had to call room service and after wasting 3-4 buckets water, hot water was coming. Such a pathetic room at such high rate.
Staff was good but room doesnt justify the rate charged.
