Bardzo gorąco w pokoju - dobrze że na miejscu był wiatrak, bo ze względu na nieotwierające się na oścież okna, nie dało się przewietrzyć pokoju. Bardzo duży minus za czarną pleśń pod prysznicem i na suficie przy wiatraku. Na jedną noc ok, ale jeżeli ktoś zostaje na dłużej, myślę że jest to niebezpieczne i obiekt powinien się tym zająć, zważywszy na to, że powtarzane jest to wielokrotnie w opiniach.

There is no full-time reception, and I was given no check-in details. I arrived at 11pm on a Sunday after an eight-hour train journey and had to chase down an emergency contact via WhatsApp just to enter. The room was not properly cleaned. There was dust, sticky cup rings, and grime on surfaces. The hallway smelled like trash, with dirty, sticky floors.

Worst of all, there were NO TOWELS when I arrived. For a room that cost EUR 145 per night, this is inexcusable. The emergency contact said towels were not his concern. No one else could be reached. Other guests were also searching for towels.

I finally got a towel at 9am. I arrived two hours late for work.

When I raised this with the receptionist, he refused any discount and said a missing towel was not serious. When I pressed further, he accused me of having an attitude and refused to share a manager’s contact. I followed up daily. He said he had not heard back. No one contacted me.

The room was never cleaned during my six-day stay. I bought my cleaning supplies because it was so gross. I had to buy toilet paper after my request for more went unanswered.

On my final day, I needed to store my bag before an evening flight. No one was on duty and the street door was wide open. I phoned the reservation line and was told to leave my luggage in the lobby, unattended. When I told this person about my terrible experience, she said it was my fault for expecting the receptionist to help me. She described him as a "grey mouse" who was too inefficient to help anyone. No one has followed up since.

This hotel is part of a chain with several Berlin properties. Reviews consistently mention poor hygiene and service. Responses are clearly copy-pasted, sometimes with leftover AI prompt text still visible.

This is a faceless, unaccountable company where no one takes responsibility. Do not stay here.
