I would love to visit Madras Hotel again when next am in Kigali.
Pros:

Everything about the place, most especially their staffs.... front office and F&B department.

Cons:

My only challenge is that they should do well by having washing machine in each 2 bedroom apartment. aside that every other thing is good.

very pleasany stuff, one is gervis and another tall gentlemen. they helped with big luggages and arrangement of iron of wet clothes. definitely feel good about service

Pros:

I enjoyed everything about Madras Hotel & Apartments. The room was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - a special thank you to Josiane at reception. The room was excellent.

The beds have mattresses foaming hard ( no smooth )
The showers are bad
The bathroom’s fan vacuum no really work good

Staff are amazing. Breakfast here is amazing !!
Pros:

The staff customer service from the gate to the restaurant is top notch . The breakfast is a rare find. Not to forget beautiful artwork display all around the place.

Cons:

I only stayed for one night . There was a little bit of a confusion about the breakfast package which I had to address with the management but it was resolved . The gym equipment improvement would be a good thing especially for long stays!

Amazing stay in Kigali
Pros:

Madras hotel is a very beautiful hotel in a central location. The staff are amazing and always try to support and resolve any issues. The meals at the restaurant is amazing and will highly recommend. Above all, it was a very peaceful stay in a very tranquil and safe area.

Cons:

The internet had issues during my stay but the technicians were on site to resolve before I left.

I will love to visit again because the hotelier staffs are friendly

I like the breakfast and the location of the hotel. The breakfast is perfect and the hotel is very clean and staffs are polite and friendly
