Great for an overnight stay, close to motorway, clean, next door to a pub/restaurant
A vending machine would be useful but no real negatives
Helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms.
Heater made a clicking sound, but this did stop.
TV wasn't working, but as it was late and I'd already asked about the heater, I didn't disturb the staff again, but I did let them know in the morning and they thanked me & said they would get it checked so it was working for the next guests.
I liked the how helpful you're staff are, u had on that night... Its not noisy in the hallway like most local hotels..
The smart Tv did let my phone share or cast to it, so n update would definitely be appreciated by most ppl that use the hotel
Despite the motorway on the doorstep it was very quiet.
Nice pub next door.
Ample parking.
Breakfast buns sat in the foyer, no tables to eat at for my disabled husband, he really struggled.
The staff
Ample free parking available and close proximity to a local pub for those that need it. The room was spotlessly clean and included some tea and coffee facilities, iron and good sized TV. The booking included breakfast which was a hot bacon, sausage or omelette roll. This was prepared for a specified time and collected from the reception area. Also includes a hot drink and a pastry and yoghurt.
The only slight negative was the roll was kept in a warming cabinet and the roll was a bit stale/hard. Other than this minor issue the overall experience was positive and greta VFM. I would readily recommend this hotel.
