Lovely property but need attention to a few things
Pros:

Staff was nice, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also ok for what it was. It is not a lot but few things you do get are good.

Cons:

The hotel does look old and run down. The carpets are old and not very clean. We found a big bunch of hair on the carpet that we had to remove with tissue and bin as it was not nice seeing this as you walk in our out of the room. Carpets could do with change.
We were only staying for 1 night so not a big issue, but we were staying in family suite, with 4 beds in the room, (1 double and 2 small single) there was not enough to get around.
Having said that, we still had nice time, staff was friendly and welcoming. Location was convenient for us. If we need to stay again for 1 night, we would consider it again but probably not for anything longer.

Great, would stay again!
Pros:

Very nice, quiet, lovely shower. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The only thing is we found a few things under the bed which werent ours, making it feel like the room wasn't cleaned properly.

Great location for a motorway stop off
Pros:

Location was great for a half way stay over on our trip. The price was reasonable for 2 adults and a child. Staff were great on arrival

Cons:

Morning staff not so helpful. Breakfast was only £10 for three of us. Despite giving a time for collection in the morning, the food had obviously been made well in advance in the morning and wasnt great. But for £10 you cant go wrong
