Pros:

Our flight was cancelled ( part of 5) with no three being seniors and two with disabilities. The hotel was very accommodating and understanding. We needed to be there on a daily bases, until we got a flight out. The staff were very supportive, along with the suite/common area being clean.

I checked out 5 minutes after I arrived and was unable to get a refund. It was so bad.

Cons:

EVERYTHING.
It’s listed as non smoking, however the entire place smelled like smoke.
The pictures DO NOT MATCH the photos online.
There were bugs and holes all over the bed.
Elevators were broken.

Nothing about this property is good. They put fake photos of the room and the room smells and the room size is very small.

Cons:

I don’t like they didn’t not put detail about the property such as No parking on site and they didn’t said to us they don’t have room for more than 4 people and i booked a for family of 5 and clearly stated they ages and still didn’t provided me with space for my family and straight up said sorry ma’am we don’t have sofa bed for the fifth person and i should call the property ask instead of apologizing and they never had a hand soap in bathroom.
