Pros:

Very spacious, very clean, good kitchen, massive balcony, central location. Good value!

Cons:

Shower pressure was poor, hot water took a long time to heat up and was inconsistent. Same with the kitchen taps. Could do with some smaller bowls for cereal, meal preparation, etc.

Pros:

The property itself is very nice. Lots of good cafes within walking distance and the rooftop pool was great. The staff at the front counter were lovely and accommodating.

Cons:

Unfortunately one night we went up to the restaurant and the staff were busy but came across quite rude about them not really having space for us. They could have gone about it differently. Definitely don’t have that issue on the Gold Coast.

Clean, comfy, reception need to lift their game
Pros:

Clean & comfortable

Cons:

Parking onsite instructions were unclear (and as it turned out later were incorrect); had to return twice to reception to resolve. Late checkout was granted but room keys stopped working before agreed time. Took two visits to reception to resolve
