Super comfortable, huge rooms
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could need. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are large and clean. The real standout is the rooftop pool and spa.

Cons:

I struggle to understand why so many hotels/apartments have TVs that are so difficult to use. Just get a normal smart TV so we can use our Netflix or Youtube etc accounts. The streaming from your device thing is a mighty pain, and I'm tech savvy. I can't imagine how older guests manage it. Its not a real complaint. I love the Astina and they're not alone in using these painful TVs. I'm just having a rant since I have the opportunity.

Great apartment, great location.
Pros:

The apartment was clean, modern and large. Amazing location with great access to food and shopping. Would stay here again.

Cons:

Staff communication could be better. An early check in was arranged prior to arrival and was listed on the online checkin. When we arrived we were advised check in is 2, when I explained that we had an early check in reception advised they would apply a fee to our room after I had been advised there was no fee via email. When I showed this information the fee was thankfully waived.

Secure parking in a central location
Pros:

Nice and plenty of room. Close to where we wanted to go.

Cons:

The only place to leave room card was in garage. I thought reception (not attended but staff member came when called on phone) should have a locked box too. My daughter was very uncomfortable in her bed. Two beds put together, one too soft and the other too hard. Personally my bed was perfect.

Relaxing sunset views from roof. Comfy room
Pros:

The location was great for a sporting event we were attending. The facilities were great. Loved the rooftop pool and bar. Done nicely.
Restaurant was very slow but the view of the sunset was amazing.
Rooms were great, very well appointed.

Cons:

Restaurant food was slow but they were busy. We needed to be up early though.
Shame guests couldn't use the steam room / wellness facilities. Pool needs heating & closes very early (too early for guests).

Thank you! Amazing property.
Pros:

Beautiful property, large rooms and very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen- right down to cling wrap provided.

Cons:

Thin windows, quite noisy - foot traffic at 1am and then the street sweeper at 3am.
Disappointed we didn’t get to dine at the rooftop. Will definitely ensure if we stay again we stay when it is open.
