Our stay was good and comfortable.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to a lot of things. The coffee station was nice. We liked the double window shades.

Cons:

The breakfast was not that good. Breakfast potatoes were not cooked enough and the turkey sausage was dry.

I didn’t like how the TV was confusing to watch TV or I had to subscribe to something on my phone to be able to watch ap
Pros:

The lady at the front was nice. I did not like how when I came into the hotel after 11 o’clock I had to use my room key to open the door the front door at the lobby that should be open.

Cons:

I checked out over 12 hours ago and still haven’t received my bill. I need to make sure I don’t have any extra charges. Why couldn’t I close out at the front desk?

Pros:

I loved it the staff was wonderful they were very nice welcoming had warm cookies I loved it

Cons:

The only thing that I didn't like it was the coffee maker and then at least the complimentary water would have been fine and the people they were up top or making too much noise overall the room was great

Cons:

We checked in at night and the staff was so inexperienced and had us wait with the baby for an hour and half to check us in because he couldn’t figure out where the our booking is in their system.
