Pros:

חדר ענק ומרווח,עם סלון קטן ומטבח מאובזר עד רמת סיר חשמלי להכנת אורז.ויש גם מכונת כביסה בחדר.
תענוג.

טיפה מרוחק מתחבורה ציבורית,ברמת ה-10 דקות הליכה,אבל ממש לא נורא.

Great room and bed!
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable! Love that i had a very spacious room with a washer/dryer in the room, refrigerator/freezer, and micro/convection oven. Location was great! Only wished that the airport limo bus stopped at the hotel, only because it would make it easier with luggage.

Cons:

There was a notice that the change the linens after the 3rd night, as a conservation effort, which i did not mind. I left the do not disturb sign on for the first 3 nights, then requested a room clean where I assumed that they would change the sheets. When going to bed I noticed that they did not change the sheets, only made the bed. I knew it because I had a tiny drop of makeup on my clothes that smeared on the bed and it was still there. Suggest that when you want your linens changed you call the front desk to make sure.

Central Location
Pros:

Easy walk to Shops and restaurants atTeramachi arcade. Metro trains and busses all close.
Hotel is clean & comfortable, staff are helpful and speak English.

Cons:

Breakfast is handy when on the move and genarally tasty, however the range could be improved.
Ventilation in room is hard to regulate between hot/cold.

ممتاز جدا وقريب من السوق وقريب من الميترو .. بالنسبه لنا كعرب اعتبره فوق الممتاز اخذت سويت وكان قسم المطبخ موجود فيه كل الادوات للطبخ + يوجد غساله + حجم الغرفه ممتاز جدا بالنسبه لليابان .. نظيف ومرتب .. الموظفين محترمين .. مكان الفندق قريب من كافيهات و الميترو .. انصح فيه وبسكن فيه السنه الجايه من جديد

Good location. Very basic accommodation with minimal offerings for a pretty high price.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and AC worked great. Location was pretty central

Cons:

Way to expensive for how little it offered in comparison to similar rated hotels in the area. Room smelled like food from time to time. Unremarkable.

Disappointing for us on a couple of issues. Generally fair overall experience.
Pros:

Great location close to tourist areas but quiet. Reasonably spacious room with nice soaps shampoos etc. Pjs and slippers provided. Generally friendly helpful staff. Good range of breakfast foods.

Cons:

The bed was very spongy and saggy and not up to the standard expected for a property at the price point we paid. Breakfast did not start until 7.30 which is quite late for a hotel and staff were inflexible about providing a breakfast pack when we wanted to leave at 7 to go on a tour. Previous hotels where we have stayed have had no problem with this. Staff stood and watched as people eat breakfast as if on guard which was very unusual.
