Muy buen servicio, tanto para hacer entrega de la habitación antes de la hora del check-in como para el servicio de entrega de maletas entre hoteles de distintas ciudades. Buen servicio gratuito en lobby

Pros:

We had the room with mini kitchen and washing machine. It was great to have a meal in and cook our meals. They have to be fairly simple though as space is limited. Washer/Drier was very helpful.

The best place we have stayed in Japan thus far!
Pros:

Lovely clean hotel, exceeded our expectations. Not too far from train stations.
The beds were comfortable, free wifi, smart TV and a coin laundry.
The biggest compliments have to go to the hotel staff, super friendly and helpful and spoke several languages including English. They helped us transport our luggage to our next hotel as well. The best place we have stayed in Japan thus far!
