If you are in Kyoto, this is a perfect location
Pros:

Great place to stay in Kyoto, in a cosy neighbourhood, only few minutes walking from the center. We did almost everything by walk. Friendly staff, clean and high quality structure.

Cons:

The room is quite tiny (18sqm) when you have two big bags and not a lot of space to store the clothes but it can be manageable

Soggiorno con i fiocchi a Kyoto!
Pros:

Tutto! Io e mio marito siamo rimasti entusiasti! Struttura davvero molto accogliente, con personale altrettanto gentile e disponibile a risolvere ogni situazione. La stanza era davvero molto bella, pulita, moderna e con tutto il necessario.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un appunto, per la quantità di persone che è in grado di accogliere la struttura e per i servizi che offre, una lavatrice e una asciugatrice sono un po’ poche. Potrebbe essere implementato questo servizio, ma ad ogni modo è da segnalare che è disponibile anche il servizio di lavanderia da parte dell’hotel.

Correcto pero hay mejores por el mismo precio
Pros:

Buena ubicación, se podía ir caminando casi a todos los sitios. Calle tranquila y sin ruidos por la noche. Ideal para descansar.
Habitación limpia y correcta (dentro de la media de Japón, que suelen ser pequeñas).

Cons:

El personal no habla inglés en la recepción,ni otro idioma que no sea el suyo (al menos los que nos atendieron a nosotros). Son un poco secos y no muy resolutivos (supongo que es por no poder entenderse en ningún idioma).
El desayuno se veía muy limitado y escaso. El aire acondicionado en la zona de lobby y desayuno estaba muy fuerte todos los días. La gente estronudando y con sudaderas y ellos seguían con las maquinas a toda pastilla.

Goed hotel, mooie schone kamer en perfecte ligging!
Pros:

Goed hotel, op een perfect locatie in Kyoto. De kamers zijn schoon, ze bieden gratis water de hele dag en tussen bepaalde tijden ook koffie, thee en frisdranken. Er is een laundry room, heel handig! Op loopafstand van de gezellige straten van Kyoto. We kunnen dit hotel zeker aanraden.

Emplacement top, prendre le studio pour un long séjour
Pros:

Emplacement top (heureusement car séjour de 7 nuits)
Literie très confortable
On avait un studio et par rapport aux chambres ( essayé 1 nuit) il y avait de l espace et même un lave linge

Cons:

Le ménage est relatif
Le revêtement au sol de la salle de bain semble être en plastique et les tâches restent incrustées, retrouvé des choses appartenant aux clients suivants😕
Sous le lit la poussière, et les mitons étaient importants
Le ménage est réellement à améliorer et votre petit déjeuner
