My experience wasn’t too bad minus the kids & noisy upstairs 3rd floor neighbors

The bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel was calm

Cons:

The hotel as such had a weird smell including our room , the floor was not clean. Restroom shower was slippery, they didn't have a shower mat and my kid slipped and got hurt

Room was clean, but not exceptionally so. Wiped up water the bathroom floor and the towel was dirty.

It was a frustrating experience sandwiched between two long days on the road.

Check-in was miserable. Computers were down and somehow there was no way to check us in. We were turned away and told to check-in later. When we did check in, we were given a room that defies description. We were given another room that was acceptable.

Not happy about any part of this rental.
Pros:

Never went there. There was a screw up and two different rooms were booked. Well, it took forever to try and reach anyone. So now I’m being charged the full price for a hotel that I never stayed. I tried to cancel to at least get some back but nope.

Pros:

Hotel was clean and crisp. Made for purpose, almost felt like a high end dorm room. Front staff was exceptional and friendly.

Cons:

Didn't book here first. Booked at the motel6 across the highway. After realizing our mistake, had to high tail to this wonderful property with clean rooms and great staff.

....there was nothing we didn't like;)
