Pros:

Super Lage in der Altstadt mit Blick auf die Giralda. Die Dachterrasse mit dem Pool ist gemütlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es könnten bessere Stühle in den Appartements sein. Es gibt nur Hocker mit einer winzigen Rückenlehne.

La posizione e la pulizia sono certamente i punti forti di questo aparthotel. Ho apprezzato rifornimento quotidiano di caffè ed acqua fresca.

Cons:

I divani letto non sono assolutamente comodi per teenagers o adulti, materassi scomodi e bassi, la camera familiare dovrebbe avere due letti matrimoniali. La fornitura di due cuscini piccoli quadrati non è stata fatta per il divano letto: questi piccoli cuscini sono forniti solamente per il letto matrimoniale...perchè? Il bagno della camera per 4 persone è piccolo e privo di mensole.

Wonderful located and spacious apt. Loved the stay
Pros:

Very good central located and spacious apartment with kitchen and everything , pool and terrace are amazing

Cons:

The bed was not ideal since it was stow beds put together and the would fall apart , also the blankets where a bit complicated and the covers wouldn’t stay. Bathroom and carpet felt a little „used“

Pros:

Aunque algo costoso, la mejor ubicación justo en el centro de Sevilla, es ideal para poder asistir a las procesiones de semana santa, ya qué queda justo en el medio del cruce de várias rutas, asi como en el centro de donde pasan todas... La alberca NO ESTA CLIMATIZADA, pero esta abierta todo el año, el agua helada ayuda a relajar Los músculos y las articulaciones despues de un día entero de caminar Sevilla siguiendo las procesiones. Las habitaciones son amplias y espaciosas, con todos los servicios menos lavadora.

Cons:

El servicio de lavandería qué se ofrece es solo de 15:00 a 20:00 y es solo una lavadora y secadora para la qué hay que turnarse, creo que esto podría ser mejor con equipamento de mayores dimensiones

Pros:

It's perfectly located in the heart of downtown Seville — step outside and you're in the middle of everything. Restaurants and shopping everywhere. We were even a block away from a Michelin rated restaurant! The room was great for two, spotlessly clean, with a nice kitchenette and comfortable beds. I made fresh OJ every morning with the juicer and provided oranges lol. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful. I'd recommend this place without hesitation.

Cons:

Onsite parking would be a nice addition, though they would have to build an underground garage haha. That said, the current parking situation was easy to manage — the process was clearly explained and the lot is only a couple of blocks away. It's a very walkable distance even with luggage; we had one large suitcase and a carry-on each and had no issues.

Personale accettazione gentile, accogliente, problem solver.
Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di Siviglia a piedi. Struttura bellissima. Piscina e terrazza/solarium aperte ad orari, durante il nostro soggiorno purtroppo troppo freddo per usufruirne. Appartamento pulito, ordinato, molto bello. Bagno dalle dimensioni giuste, e non piccolo, pulito.
Nelle dirette vicinanze numerosi bar, tapas, fast food, negozi...
Ci tornerei.
