Total zentrale Lage, man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.
Die Duschwand war unten am Boden nicht richtig sauber.

En apparence l'hôtel est très bien.
Cependant, il y a qques détails ennuyants.
Verre ébréché, frigo bruyant, pas de savon au lavabo, porte de la chambre principale non insonorisée.
Excellent location. Apartment type room was perfect - spacious and everything you need! Staff were brilliant.

The apartment was large, and uber-clean. Really close to the Setas (Mushrooms). 20 minutes walk to the Alcazar and Cathedral / Giralda. Free WiFi, lovely roof terrace and pool. Preferential rate on the underground parking garage (Saba) that is close by.
Occasional drain smells in the room, but this can be overlooked, given the location and the fact that this is a large building and we were on the third floor.
We had a wonderful stay. Big spacious room. The staff was great. Ana at reception was amazing and helped us with anything we needed. Housekeeping was also very friendly and helpful.
We were traveling with a toddler, so we had a few extra requests that were all fulfilled.
The location of the property is close to everything you need.
Fantastic location surrounded by shops bars restaurants, department store and coffee shops. Extremely friendly staff from Frederico on reception (plus the ladies) to the cleaning staff. Well appointed rooms. Great sun loungers with luxury cushions.Easy walking distance to all the attractions. Cathedral 10 mins. Plaza Espania 15 - 20. Lovely walks along the river bank. Make sure you cross over the bridge to the other side. Some great restaurants overlooking the river.
The only reason I didn't score a 10 was because on Sat and Sunday at about 3am woken by the bin men outside and the road cleaners. Not the fault of the hotel and I did have the windows open as I enjoy fresh air as opposed to aircon. A fridge near the pool might also be a good idea where guests not on the 4th floor can store refreshments whilst using the pool. I also couldn't find a toilet by the pool but was assured by reception there was one.
Es un apartamento bien situado para visitar la zona histórica, cerca de zona de terrazas y comercios. Muy tranquilo y silencioso.
El parking, está cerca pero tiene todo lo peor de un parking, sucio, oscuro, plaza pequeña.sorprendente

The location was excellent. The property was spotless and the pool was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Personal ist immer zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Leider sind die Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Man kann selbst im Dritten Stock jedes Wort hören, was in der Lobby gesprochen wird. Außerdem wurden wir die halbe Nacht von einem schreienden Kind wachgehalten, welches ein paar Zimmer weiter geschlafen hat. Dadurch waren die Nächte leider sehr kurz.
Toplocatie. 24 uurs receptie dus geen gehannes met toegangscodes en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Netjes en schoon en ook elke dag schionmaak. Was van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne badkamer en goed bed. Goed geisoleerd want als de ramen dicht gingen dan hoorde je geen geluid van de straat. Hotel zelf was ook heerlijk rustig. Wij zijn best kritisch maar dit appartement heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Leuk welkomstpakket en supermarkt op 1 minuut lopen. Fijne straat voelde me erg erg veilig.
Heel flauw maar als ik toch wat moet bedenken: er was maar 1 wijnglas en in de keuken miste ik een zeeppompje.

Nice structure with friedly and professional staff ready to resolve all suuses thta can happen. It was a pleasant experience.
Cleaning should be improved and also electrical cabinet in the room that makes quite a loud noise at night is something that should be adressed.
