Beautiful modern hotel
Pros:

Spacious and well-equipped rooms, very helpful staff. Liverpool Street Station is only a few steps away, which insures fast connection with the central part of London. My husband loved the shower space in the bathroom particularly. We hope to return again.

Cons:

Check in took a bit long, there were too many guests for the 2 employees. Valet parking for 1 day costed 85 pounds which felt like too much. The huge windows in the rooms and restaurant area should be cleaned more often.

Beautiful, unforgettable stay
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were absolutely exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful suite, and as it was my husband's birthday, they surprised us with sweets and a delicious dessert in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The spa was incredibly relaxing with a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere, and the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. Every detail was perfect, and it made for a truly memorable stay.

Fabulous, made me feel so special and want to return!
Pros:

Honestly, from the first walk inside, they took my bags and offered me a lovely bottle of ice cold water (the day was boiling), but they made me feel so special just from that. Check in was quick and smooth, they even upgraded my room and it was fabulous! Staff could not do enough for you- it was special and wonderful and I hope i get to stay in the future! I recently passed my PhD, hence the stay and they even gave me a little cake and note to congratulate me!

A holiday that starts in the hotel itself. Perfect, restful, comfortable, relaxing amd beyond expectation

The room’s layout and comfort is exceptional, the staff were very bery kind, the environment outside was perfect, calm, spacious. Staying in the hotel is a holiday on its own
