Меня расстроило то что плавая в бассейне, я со своим другом обнаружила детские фикалии на дне. Бассейн закрыли на 18 часов. Я специально выбирала отель , чтобы отпраздновать др и отдохнуть в спа и поплавать в бассейне.
Очень расстроил этот момент.

This hotel is truly 5 star. We had an incredible 3 night stay during our visit to London. We flew into Stanstead airport and trained down to Liverpool Street station which is just a short walk to the Pan Pacific hotel where we were warmly greeted by staff who are exceptionally professional. The room was not ready upon our arrival but our luggage was stored and taken to the room once it was ready, a text message sent to me letting me know the room was ready. The room was large with incredible city views, a very comfortable bed, luxury sheets and pillows. The large bathroom had a magnifying mirror and huge tiled shower. Very modern and exceptionally clean. I asked to change rooms to obtain a preferred view and this request was granted without hesitation, our luggage moved, everything! There are Dyson hair dryers in the rooms. We ate at the restaurant which was good although not perhaps 5 star. We also had room service on our last night and this was very professionally delivered and removed, a real treat. The pool is a lovely escape from the city, very calm, towels provided, tranquil music playing to help you relax. Staff arranged taxis for us and were generally so very helpful we could not fault the service we received during our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Swim time for kids from 7AM-9AM is a bit ridiculous. ... which 6 year old ever wakes up at 7am?? I would suggest 9-11 as a much more practical time for klds. .. 8-10 at worst
The room was stunning with such a great view of the city. Had all the amenities that you needed and a large, comfortable bed. The staff were all so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was lovely the next morning with plenty of choice. We were celebrating my partners birthday and thoroughly enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. We will definitely be returning.
