Everything!!! Exceptional stay with truly outstanding service

After a really tough year, my partner and I decided to return here as it held such special memories for us and it exceeded every expectation all over again.

From start to finish, the service was genuinely exceptional. Every member of the team, from housekeeping to concierge, front desk and reservations, contributed to such a seamless and thoughtful experience. It’s clear there’s a real culture of care and attention to detail.

A special mention to Ruben, who welcomed us so warmly and went above and beyond to make us feel looked after his kindness and the upgrade meant so much to us. Cornel, who showed us to our room, was equally fantastic: friendly, knowledgeable, and struck the perfect balance of being attentive without overwhelming us.

This stay meant a lot personally, and the genuine care we were shown made it even more memorable. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already talking about coming back and making this a regular tradition.

Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Now one of my favorite hotels in London!!
Pros:

The staff were so hospitable and accommodating. One of the best services I’ve received at a hotel. The hotel itself also has everything you would ever need, including an amazing pool (which I will definitely use next time).
Most of all I was really impressed how the hotel accommodates families with kids. Seems like they really tried to cater to everyone.
