Now one of my favorite hotels in London!!
Pros:

The staff were so hospitable and accommodating. One of the best services I’ve received at a hotel. The hotel itself also has everything you would ever need, including an amazing pool (which I will definitely use next time).
Most of all I was really impressed how the hotel accommodates families with kids. Seems like they really tried to cater to everyone.

Wonderful Hotel in a Wonderful location
Pros:

Excellent staff and service from the moment of booking, the employees are a huge credit to the pan pacific. The room was perfect, breakfast excellent, and all the staff had smiling faces. I would like to thank each of the department staff from reception to concierge, to house keeping, unfortunately the only Names I can remember are Victor who is a delightful young man and Elena the head of security who helped us find a lost ring, I will be staying again in Pan Pacific’s

Excellent hotel - great location for the City, comfortable rooms and welcoming staff.
Pros:

Great service and friendly staff. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well designed. Excellent breakfast. The pool was great too - tried it for the first time on this visit.
