Maximum comfort in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Exceptional hotel ! Location very central, room was more than expected, with little details very important for confort, room resfreshed twice a day, everythink high-tech, reception an breakfast team very friendly. We enjoyed a lot our stay !

Pros:

Gorgeous hotel. Super pretty aesthetic. Room was lovely and clean and had everything you need. Everything felt super luxury and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Room service was great - food really nice and well presented. Cocktails at the downstairs bar were great. We had a great experience, definitely coming back.

Cons:

Just to feel super luxury - doing “no kids” at the pool at certain hours of the day.

Great Hotel
Pros:

We stayed as part of our wedding anniversary. Fabulous hotel. Modern, clean, and great attention to detail. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Room service even brought us an anniversary cake. A nice touch. We will be returning again soon.

Easter fun
Pros:

Such a warm welcome on arrival. The children were given some Easter chocolate and a pack which included an activity book and trail to complete around the hotel. They also had their milk and cookie order taken for that evening’s turn down service.
Our interconnecting rooms were ready promptly and were spectacular for size and views over London. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and dinner at the Straits Kitchen.
Unfortunately on one day there was a problem with the pool which meant it had to be closed but we were able to use it the following day. It’s a lovely warm pool and was quiet during the children’s allotted swim time.
For a hotel that’s positioned in such a busy and bustling area of London, it manages to provide a tranquil sanctuary with the friendliest of staff.
